Convenient Location
Situated in Montpellier’s Millénaire district, Lagrange Aparthotel Montpellier Millénaire is a short stroll from Chateau de Flaugergues and a quick drive to Zénith Sud Concert Hall.

Enjoy the convenience of free WiFi, air-conditioned studios with balconies, fully equipped kitchens, and shared laundry facilities. Start your day with a buffet breakfast and stay active in the fitness room.

Relaxation and Accessibility
Unwind in the heated outdoor pool with a hot tub, available from April to October. With private indoor parking and proximity to the city center, airport, and the beach, Lagrange Aparthotel Montpellier Millénaire offers both relaxation and convenience.

Important information:

At your arrival, a deposit of an amount ranging from 150 to 500€ (depending of the apartment’s size and the length of your stay) by apartment will be asked.

You’ll need a physical credit card (not Apple Pay, Google Pay or any others virtual cards) under your name and the deposit will be done as a pre-autorisation, so not debited and canceled after the check-out (except in case of degradation, no respect of the rules and/or if the loaned equipment is missing).

An identity paper under the name of the reservation will be needed at your arrival too.

Without these elements we won’t be able to welcome you, and no refund will be possible.

You can access to the apartments from 3:00 pm to 10:30pm, except if the direction has given their agreement.
If you plan to arrive after 10:30pm, you need to inform us as we’ll have to plan your late arrival.

The apartment has to be free at 11:00 am maximum.

Late check-out is possible until 2:00pm maximum, depending on our availability and is charged €10 per additional hour.

The swimming pool is open from april until october.

The breakfast is served from 7:00am to 10:00am every morning (it’s an extra cost of 11€ per person and has to be reserved at the reception).If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pros:

Appart hôtel est un beau concept, c'est calme, propre, très bonne literie, fonctionnel, petite terrasse extra. Le personnel est super, très agréable.

Cons:

La musique jusqu'à 4h du matin, venant du complexe à côté, les gens qui ont crié, chanté, se croyant seul, c'est fort désagréable.

le personnel tres sympathique et serviable, le parking à dix euros par jour etait grand et les places pour se garer tres spacieuses et chacun sa place numéroté, garage fermé avec code. que du bien pour toute l'ensemble. A bientot merci
