Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und super freundlich, dadurch sieht man über doch in die Jahre gekommende Anlage und auch nicht auf die so optimalen Hygienischen zustände hinweg.

We had a really nice stay at the Inturotel Azul Garden. Our room was basic, but had a beautiful patio, kitchen space with a fridge and a nice separate living space. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options, and the hotel was in a convenient area that felt walkable to beaches and food. Parking was also very easy as there was a hotel lot and lots of free street parking.

The one thing that we didn’t realize with the location is that Cala D’or is more of a “resort town” which just wasn’t as much our style (didn’t feel like it had the most authentic food/culture compared to other places we visited in Mallorca ). We wouldn’t necessarily choose to stay in Cala D’Or again, but if we did, this hotel would be at the top of our list!

The staff were miserable and rude,except for two ladies. No hello’s unless you said it first.
We couldn’t believe we had to pay for pool towels and to use the safe especially as we had paid a lot for the accommodation.
The rooms were damp and the bathrooms were awful, the towels were thin and rough, the toilet was stained, the frypan was scatched and old.The rooms weren’t cleaned Tuesdays and Friday’s. No where to sit by the pool when it rained. The bar prices were expensive. The pool shut at 7pm. The pool was looking tired.
I would definitely not recommend or stay there again.
I would give it a 2 star and thats being generous.

We stayed at Azul Garden Hotel for 5 nights as a couple.

Pros
• The location is great – set slightly away from the very busy centre of Cala d’Or, meaning we had a pleasant stroll in and out for dinner each night.
• It’s close to some incredible beaches and coves (Cala Serena was our favourite).
• The pool area is large with plenty of loungers, so you never feel like you’re scrambling for space.

Cons
Beyond this, our stay was pretty average and there’s definitely room for improvement:
• The room decor is very dated and there was a noticeable unpleasant smell when we arrived.
• Our room wasn’t cleaned until the fourth day of our stay, and that was only after asking at reception.
• Inflatables aren’t allowed in the pool, which felt like an odd restriction for a holiday hotel.
• The lift beside the bins was left overflowing daily – on our last day there was even a baby’s nappy on top.
• On check-in we were told we could extend our check-out until 4pm for a fee due to our late flight. When we went to arrange this the day before leaving, we were told it wasn’t possible and that no other rooms were available. Just felt confusing to be offered something, then refused it later.

Overall, the hotel has a nice setting and potential, but our experience was let down by service inconsistencies and lack of attention to detail.

A great family apartment hotel in great suuroundings and friendly, helpful staff. We will come back.

Lovely family hotel, great location to the beaches, shops and restaurants

Great stay, pool is fantastic for the kids . Great location we used all 3 hotels on different days for swimming . Evening activities and kids club was brilliant . Lovely staff . Ivan was brilliant on front desk.

We have really enjoyed our stay at Azul Gardens, as a young couple we wanted 2 weeks of relaxation in a self catering apartment, the facilities allowed us to do exactly that.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff were very friendly.

I requested a ground floor apartment prior to our arrival, due to being pregnant, the hotel very kindly arranged this for me, with a room right by reception. We were also really grateful for the arrangement they made for our late check out, again with being pregnant in the heat I was really anxious at the thought of not having a room all day, Jose very kindly moved things around for me and made it possible for us to stay.

The location is fantastic, everything is on the doorstep, lovely restaurants and so many small Spar supermarkets. However I would recommend walking down to the end of the road, about a 8 minute walk, to the Hiper Dino supermarket as it’s so much cheaper!

2 gorgeous beaches nearby, Esmeralda doesn’t have sunloungers but Ferrera does. Google maps says Cala Ferrera is a 12 minute walk, it’s not, there’s a cut through you can’t miss and only takes 5 minutes.

A few things to mention is that this is a VERY busy family resort, so if you are looking for peace and quiet round the pool this may not be for you. There are more loungers than parasols so you will need to be down to save a bed with a parasol before 10am if you want one, towels are removed if left unattended. And no ironing facilities

We enjoyed our time here and in particular enjoyed the area around the hotel. It is very well located walking distance from beautiful Calas and restaurants.

The hotel itself is a bit dated but worked perfectly fine, perhaps not as glamorous but good value for money. We really loved the pool area and the kitchenette in the suite, we were able to save some money cooking our own meals. We also loved having access to the sister hotels, a 5 min walk away which were on the waterfront. We recommend the grocery store “Mercadona” if you have a car.

Our only criticism is that upon arrival, there is no real “entrance” to the hotel if you have a car. GPS took us to a back entrance next to garbage cans, and we had to walk in next to the pool because reception was located in the middle of the hotel, sort of an odd entrance. We were coming off a very long and stressful travel day and some signage for reception would have been nice.

We found staff somewhat indifferent but I supposed that is to be expected at a larger hotel chain. The cleaning staff were great however.

The room was nice and spacious and the balcony and AC was great. The room wasn’t very clean when we arrived and the room turn overs weren’t great. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and the fridge was not clean either.
We were disappointed that the sheets were only changed once a week, we asked for extra sheets and were given them no problem, so it was ok in the end.
We really enjoyed the pool, I’m not sure if it was heated but it was definitely warm every day. The hotel is also about a 15 min walk from some amazing restaurants and bars and very close to a lovely beach. The hotel was good and staff were super lovely, cleanliness was the only thing that let it down.

Really clean hotel with everything you needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of sun loungers. The hotel was really quiet and in a great location. The resort had excellent facilities. The beds and pillows could be a little more comfortable though.

The property and rooms were very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the pool. The location was walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and beaches. Our room was located next to a loading door so we heard a lot of banging around with deliveries early in the morning. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Pretty nice apartment hotel. It’s nice if you’re on a family trip and just need a decent place. The pool is pretty big and nice, but it’s close to beautiful beaches. I would reccomend the beach Cala Serena and Cala Esmeralda.
