Vriendelijk personeel. Kamer is niet echt groot maar wel netjes en schoon. Prima bed en een goed werkende airco. Ontbijt is niet uitgebreid maar voor mij voldoende. Locatie met centrum en openbaar vervoer op loopafstand.

Tolles Personal, Top Lage mit kleinen Mängeln

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir konnten unser Gepäck problemlos vor dem Check-in und nach dem Check-out beim Hotel deponieren. Die Lage des Hotels ist super und wir konnten alles zu Fuss erkunden. Die Klimaanlage war sehr vorteilhaft!

Cons:

Der Haarföhn hat leider auf der höchsten Stufe jeweils nur etwa 30 Sekunden ausgehalten und ging dann jeweils von allein für mehrere Minuten aus. Im Zimmer hatte es leider für drei Personen nicht sehr viel Stauraum oder Ablagefläche.

Lisbona comunque, vale la pena di essere visitata.

Colazione mediocre. Nella sala della colazione, c'è una macchinetta, come in tanti Hotel, per l'erogazione di espressi caffè cappuccini latte macchiato eccetera. Ma, pur essendo la colazione inclusa nel prezzo, era a pagamento, funzionava solo dopo aver inserito le monete! Mai visto prima...
Le camere sono pulite, ma molto basiche: molto piccole, senza armadio, solo un tubo con delle grucce per appendere gli abiti, niente cassetti, niente frigorifero, niente cassaforte.

Struttura abbastanza centrale

Chi cerca una struttura con ascensore , dovrebbe essere avvertito del fatto che l’ascensore è rotto. Non trovo serio e tanto meno professionale vendersi come albergo con ascensore e poi non poter usufruire di questo servizio, ma farlo pagare tra i servizi offerti.Tra l’altro siamo stati in questa struttura per quattro giorni e durante il nostro soggiorno non si è visto alcun operaio. Avevamo una valigia pesante che per fortuna ha portato mio figlio.
Mio marito non può fare sforzi perché recentemente operato al cuore. Invece di ma darmi mail nelle quali si chiedeva se volevo il taxi dall’ aeroporto, si poteva avvisare del mancato funzionamento dell’ascensore. Io avrei scelto un’altra struttura .
Le prime due notti c’era molto rumore nei corridoi, anche a tarda notte.
