C’était propre le personnel est très accueillant on s’y sent à l’aise c’est confortable et bien desservi.

Satisfactory, but musty rooms and noisy front door.
Pros:

Access door on side street. No one on duty until 2 pm, but someone (cleaner?) heard us outside earlier in morning, and allowed us to leave our packs in basement for day. Rooms

Cons:

Room was musty and at street level, so noise of heavy metal door when people coming in late or going out early, couldn’t be avoided. Was 30 minute walk down to River Douro and so 30 minute back up, but if you are a Camino walker, you can do it! That’s why staying here is cheaper. No tea/coffee/fridge in room. Kitchen downstairs appears to be completely shut down and may be off limits. No explanation given. There is fridge, kettle, microwave down there though if you have some of your own supplies …
