Group Bookings: A booking of four rooms or more is considered a group booking. For group bookings, the following cancelation fees apply:

More than 30 days before arrival: No cancelation fee. Cancelations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid any penalties.

Within 30 days to 7 days before arrival: Cancelations made within this period incur a cancelation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost.

Within 7 days of arrival: Cancelations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a 100% cancelation fee, with no refunds available.

Final Payment: Final payment for group bookings is required 30 days prior to arrival.

Pros:

The proximity to the beach made for a nice morning and evening stroll. The patio looking out to an open area made for a private and quiet stay. Did not hear the hey 6 traffic even though close. Cosy and comfortable little apartment.

Home away from home
Pros:

Made you feel welcome as soon as you walked in the door. Family run business that made us feel like family as well. Room was clean & comfortable, staff all helpful. Guide in room was great, detailing all attractions in the area to see. We ate at the attached restaurant & the servings were huge & delicious. Would definitely stay again.

The room was very tight. Bedroom and bathroom especially

The meal in the restaurant was disappointing. Chops that were too tough to cut even with a steak knife and served swimming in what tasted like an instant gravy. Vegetables and salad bar under the expected standard. Sad as the reviews gave a different impression. The guests at the table next to us rated their meal as terrible. 🫩

Pros:

The most helpful & friendly staffs from the restaurant & bar. They serves very good steak & roast pork ribs etc. Hotel manager Kayla is most helpful and attentive. Beautiful hotel too.

the Paroa Hotel is a comfortable place to stay. Staff and Owner efficient and friendly Recommended
Pros:

The owner checked us in he was friendly and efficient, showed us to our unit, did a good run through of the facility and the area. the unit was comfortable and good bathroom, however the second room was a tight fit with nowhere to out suitcase or to hang clothes.
We were there for a farewell of a departed family member, and we were given a room just off the restaurant for our own use. very good menu, staff friendly and good info regarding the menu. no one in our group of 20 plus had a complaint regarding their meal. Overall, we enjoyed the experience. I would recommend the Paroa hotel.
