Group Bookings: A booking of four rooms or more is considered a group booking. For group bookings, the following cancelation fees apply:
More than 30 days before arrival: No cancelation fee. Cancelations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid any penalties.
Within 30 days to 7 days before arrival: Cancelations made within this period incur a cancelation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost.
Within 7 days of arrival: Cancelations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a 100% cancelation fee, with no refunds available.
Final Payment: Final payment for group bookings is required 30 days prior to arrival.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Bernie is the best host!! Fingers on all the pulses & is always smiling & joking :) Bed was extremely comfortable & the room was spot on clean! Shower pressure great! Restaurant on site - food was exceptional - my partner actually got a 'rare steak' which many restaurants struggle doing & the whitebait patties were packed & yummy! - value for money & alot! Being able to choose your salads from the salad bar & the amount that suited you was like going back in time lol Overall experience was top notch & we are definitely planning another trip that way just so we can go back there!! Highly recommend the Paroa Hotel!!!!

Good bed. Good shower. Warm. Just what we needed
The large 3 bedroom home was massive in size and had a lovely little courtyard. The beds were comfy and the layout great.
If you are looking for a flash modern stay, this wouldn’t be your pick, it just has a warm homely feel.

The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised when our room was upgraded to an even better option at no extra cost. The room was spacious, clean, warm, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The dinner at the Paroa Hotel restaurant is definitely worth trying — the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!
