Group Bookings: A booking of four rooms or more is considered a group booking. For group bookings, the following cancelation fees apply:

More than 30 days before arrival: No cancelation fee. Cancelations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid any penalties.

Within 30 days to 7 days before arrival: Cancelations made within this period incur a cancelation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost.

Within 7 days of arrival: Cancelations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a 100% cancelation fee, with no refunds available.

Final Payment: Final payment for group bookings is required 30 days prior to arrival.

Definitely going back again. Nice room, good food and right by the beach. Perfect for our family
Pros:

Room was very comfortable. Nice comfortable bed and portacot as requested.
Had breakfast at the restaurant and we all loved it. Lovely staff members.

West coast hospitality
Pros:

You're made feel welcome by Bernie when you arrive in a traditional kiwi hospitality which is fantastic. The staff were as well very friendly. The meal was delicious. Short stroll to the beach to wet your appetite.

Cons:

The quality of the pillow were smelly of body odour. The outside light coming into the unit, had to close the bathroom door to avoid light.
Avoid the units close to the road as it is noisy.

Good basic functional clean room
Pros:

This was a large clean room that functioned very well. The location near the beach was great. The beds were comfy.. towels good. Shower pressure good although curtain didn't keep water from setting the bath mat,
. It is a good basic clean functional room in a good location for a good price. The restaurant we found chaotic and not that good. We were too late for the pizza.

Pros:

Very convenient location for a one night stop on the West Coast. A spectacular beach is just a few yards away - huge breakers and beautiful sunsets.
The staff member who welcomed us was exceptionally friendly. Great to have the restaurant there too. All in all a great find!
