Group Bookings: A booking of four rooms or more is considered a group booking. For group bookings, the following cancelation fees apply:

More than 30 days before arrival: No cancelation fee. Cancelations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid any penalties.

Within 30 days to 7 days before arrival: Cancelations made within this period incur a cancelation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost.

Within 7 days of arrival: Cancelations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a 100% cancelation fee, with no refunds available.

Final Payment: Final payment for group bookings is required 30 days prior to arrival.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Meals were lovely. Plenty of parking. Nice location close to beach. Would definitely recommend to other people and would definitely stay again

100% happy with our stay.
Pros:

Lovely quiet clean room with all facilities and food was superb and reasonably priced. The whole stay was right up to any enjoyable level.

Beautiful location, great shower, lovely bed, easy walk to beach!
Pros:

The room was great, and the shower was the best shower we have had during our travels in the South Island. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was very spacious. The staff were super friendly and provided us with a lot of information about the area. We were able to walk around the beach, which was so pretty and easy to access.

Cons:

Everything about the hotel was great! Dinner service ended earlier than we thought, however, we found an alternative nearby. Wish we had eaten at the hotel restaurant though!

A comfortable stay that offers very tasty meals in the restaurant plus a short walk to the beach.
Pros:

The owners of the property were very friendly and check in was fast & easy. The proximity to the beach was a huge plus. Room was clean and comfortable with a spacious kitchenette/living area. Meals in the restaurant were really delicious.

Cons:

Bedrooms were very small, with room for a bedside table on one side only and no space for suitcase or even a shelf/cupboard. Our room had two bedrooms with a very small bathroom in between which would have been difficult to navigate if there were more than two of us.

Excelente hotel, ya sea si vas de paso o conocer la zona en varios días.
Pros:

El personal muy amable, desde nuestra llegada.
La habitacion muy comoda, incluyendo la regadera, cama, en general todo muy bien.
El restaurante muy rico, tanto para la cena como el desayuno.

En general nos gusto todo.
La playa no es especialmente bonita, pero a nosotros no nos importo, porque no nos hospedamos en el hotel por la playa.
