Group Bookings: A booking of four rooms or more is considered a group booking. For group bookings, the following cancelation fees apply:

More than 30 days before arrival: No cancelation fee. Cancelations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid any penalties.

Within 30 days to 7 days before arrival: Cancelations made within this period incur a cancelation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost.

Within 7 days of arrival: Cancelations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a 100% cancelation fee, with no refunds available.

Final Payment: Final payment for group bookings is required 30 days prior to arrival.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Great rooms, quiet location, lovely staff.
Pros:

Rooms are spacious with everything you need. Cleaned to a high standard with comfortable bed. Short walk to the beach for a morning stroll.

Cons:

There could be more lighting around the car park and some line marking. Really pushing to think of something that I didn’t like about the property.

Highly recommend staying at Paroa Hotel!!!
Pros:

Bernie is the best host!! Fingers on all the pulses & is always smiling & joking :) Bed was extremely comfortable & the room was spot on clean! Shower pressure great! Restaurant on site - food was exceptional - my partner actually got a 'rare steak' which many restaurants struggle doing & the whitebait patties were packed & yummy! - value for money & alot! Being able to choose your salads from the salad bar & the amount that suited you was like going back in time lol Overall experience was top notch & we are definitely planning another trip that way just so we can go back there!! Highly recommend the Paroa Hotel!!!!

Clean, tidy and quiet! Best pub food at the restaurant next door. Staff and owner were lovely, friendly and accommodating.. Recommend!
