Group Bookings: A booking of four rooms or more is considered a group booking. For group bookings, the following cancelation fees apply:

More than 30 days before arrival: No cancelation fee. Cancelations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid any penalties.

Within 30 days to 7 days before arrival: Cancelations made within this period incur a cancelation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost.

Within 7 days of arrival: Cancelations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a 100% cancelation fee, with no refunds available.

Final Payment: Final payment for group bookings is required 30 days prior to arrival.

Pros:

Very comfortable stay, the bed was comfortable, large tv and well equipped kitchenette. Staff very friendly and bar and restaurant within easy reach!

Very nice motel near Greymouth
Pros:

Good sized room, clean and comfortable. I thought the room rate was on the high side but it seems typical for the lower South Island. Pub and restaurant onsite and a 100m walk to the beach.

Cons:

We ate at the restaurant and were a little disappointed with the food quality
