Important information:

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Final cleaning is included in the rates. Any additional cleaning is on request and costs EUR 40 per apartment. Kitchen cleaning is not included.

Bed linen and towels are included and changed once a week.

Use of the private beach has an extra cost of EUR 90 per week. A parasol, 1 sun lounger and 1 chair are included and have to be requested at reception.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Es gab keine Terrasse wie beschrieben, nur einen Balkon. Prinzipiell nicht schlimm nur Falsch!

Zugang zur Executive Lounge (Nicht bekannt wo die sein soll, es gab eine Poolbar, wo kein Mitarbeiter war, und diese war sowie der Pool ab 19:00 Uhr geschlossen.)

Bettwäsche und Decke war schimmelig. Auf Rückfrage wurde mir neues widerwillig gegeben und ich konnte alles selber neu Beziehen. Unmöglich.
Dusche war so klein, dass ich nicht richtig reinpasste, (1,90)

Es heißt, der Hof wo die Autos Parken wird nachts abgeschlossen, aber das ist leider nicht so. Sehr schade.

20€ Pro Tag für den Strand. Leider nur ein Abschnitt irgendwo, wo keine Strandbar/Cafe war, Keine Toiletten..... Überall günstiger.

Tranquilla e relax
Pros:

Struttura situata nella parte alta di Tortoreto, estremamente curata e attenta ai dettagli. Lo stato di manutenzione è tale da farla sembrare appena aperta. Comodo il monocale con angolo cottura e grande cura degli arredi, anche quelli del terrazzino privato. Ampi spazi all'aperto, dal solarium alla bellissima piscina con idromassaggio, alla sala con ping-pong, videoproiettore e possibilità di usare anche le biciclette gratuitamente. Super funzionale la palestra attrezzata con macchine professionali. Gentile e disponibile tutto lo staff. Ampio parcheggio e posizione silenziosa. In 10 minuti a piedi si arriva al centro del borgo alto, con 5/7 di macchina invece sul lungomare. Lo consigliamo sicuramente

Il soggiorno è andato tutto perfettamente
Pros:

Piscina, panorama, giardino, parcheggio, pulizia, arredi, personale gentile e sempre disponibile e come è tenuto il resort.

Cons:

Io farei un po’ di trattamento per le zanzare e nelle camere installerei luci un po’ più potenti e più prese per la luce.

Pros:

La struttura presenta una posizione stupenda con un’ottima vista. La parte esterna è quella che la fa da padrona.

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato usufruendo una colazione a buffet, le torte fatte in casa molto buone ma di buffet c’era ben poco soprattutto se parliamo di salato. Pochissime prese all’interno della stanza.

Extremely disappointed
Pros:

The grounds and property were beautiful. Room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

We arrived at the hotel about an hour earlier than expected. While waiting to check in, I took my children for a swim to make use of the pool. Within minutes, we were approached by a staff member who began yelling at us in an unnecessarily aggressive and disrespectful manner. The issue? We weren’t wearing bathing caps, and my children were wearing rash guards.

We were completely unaware of these rules, and my husband and I calmly explained this, hoping to deescalate the situation. Instead, the employee continued shouting at us, demanding we leave the pool immediately. His tone was hostile, his behavior unprofessional, and the entire interaction was deeply upsetting — especially as we were paying guests simply trying to enjoy our stay.

This experience cast a shadow over the rest of our time at the property. While the hotel itself was clean and the rooms were spacious, the way we were treated was inexcusable. We will not be returning and would caution others to reconsider before booking. A hotel stay should feel welcoming — this was anything but.



Siamo arrivati in hotel circa un’ora prima del previsto. Nell’attesa del check-in, ho deciso di portare i miei figli in piscina per approfittare del tempo libero. Dopo pochi minuti, siamo stati avvicinati da un membro dello staff che ha iniziato a urlarci contro in modo estremamente aggressivo e irrispettoso. Il motivo? Non indossavamo le cuffie da bagno e i miei figli nuotavano con le magliette protettive (rash guard).

Non eravamo assolutamente a conoscenza di queste regole e sia io che mio marito abbiamo cercato di spiegare la situazione con calma, nel tentativo di stemperare i toni. Purtroppo, l’impiegato ha continuato a urlare, insistendo con atteggiamento ostile affinché uscissimo immediatamente dalla piscina. Il suo comportamento è stato inaccettabile e del tutto poco professionale.

Questa esperienza ha rovinato il resto del nostro soggiorno.

Loved the serenity of the area so much that we bought a flat near the property.
Pros:

Loved the serenity and beauty of the area. The staff met requests without hesitation to make our stay comfortable.

Cons:

Pillows could have been much softer. Would have liked to see toiletries in the bath ( the refillable bottles in the shower would have been a nice touch.

Pros:

This is a lovely family run hotel. We felt very welcomed and the room was very spacious, the bathroom was very clean and the location beautiful. We would stay there again. Very friendly staff.

Beautiful views. Could be great.
Pros:

It was clean and the view was beautiful.

Cons:

Our room had a kitchen but not much in it. No napkins or paper towels, no coffee with the maker, no dish soap to wash dishes, you had to take your trash out yourselves when checking out. They charge $20 a piece for a lost key. No breakfast included.

Pros:

Soggiorno eccellente, unico neo i cuscini. troppo alti dormire non è stato molto comodo, avere un secondo cuscino diverso e poter scegliere dovrebbe essere un opzione logica per una struttura di questo livello.

Quiet pearl of the mountains
Pros:

Clean in both senses of the word - class leading environmental awareness with leds, rainwater harvesting, and tons of solar. The room was large and clean, and situated in the center of everything. Cooking, and washing features makes it ideal for a longer stay, and ample fitness wellness opportunities cater to the active traveller.

Cons:

I felt that the room could be a bit brighter, and the mattress was somewhat stiffer than we're used to. Also to truly explore the surroundings, you need personal motorized transport - such as an ebike. The mountain view from the pool side was breathtaking.
