Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.

Las habitación, la vista del lugar
Parecían no estar preparados para recibir gente. Muchas partes del hotel estaban cerradas. Personal no contaba con el profesionalismo adecuado al lugar, explicaciones poco claras, no sabias que se podía hacer o no, el personal era amable, pero poca e experiencia con clientes. El lugar estaba casi en su mayoría cerrado o en reparación, hacía sentir como que solo podías estar en la habitación.
El bosque es hermoso! linda vista desde la habitacion. Buen desayuno
Fue una experiencia que repite la de mis anteriores visitas a Hotel Bosque de Reñaca "¡10 de 10! El personal se mantiene increíblemente amable y atento desde nuestra llegada. La habitación muy cómoda, impecablemente limpia y con una cama muy relajante. Los precios del Restaurant con una relación precio/calidad bastante razonable. El Desayuno excelente, en abundancia, variedad y atención. La Piscina disponible y climatizada ¡Sin duda volveremos a alojarnos acá!

Lo que sí arruinó mi experiencia esta última vez fui una pareja ruidosa teniendo intimidad se escuchaba todo, debería el hotel tener habitaciones insonorizadas para evitar malos ratos.
El desayuno

El entorno es muy agradable y original por lo campestre.
Calefacción en general no existía en el comedor y pasillos que estaban fríos y los cambios de temperatura se hacen más bruscos. La TV es complicada por cuánto funciona si uno tiene cuenta, costaba mucho poner los canales pese a la ayuda solicitada que tampoco estaba al tanto.
Una de las puertas del comedor con la chapa deficiente que no cierra bien y que en lo personal me levanté más de 5 veces a cerrarla.
Igual calenté de la dicha deficiente, salió semi fría. Pieza 109
Desayuno pese haber respetado el horario, fue un caos ya que no habían mesa limpias como muy pocas cosas que ya se habían terminado y comenzaron muy lentamente a reponer (deficiente la atención que habían pocas personas.
Calefacción de la pieza el calentador no es de los muy amigables de usar y para que funcione.

La comida, no es cómodo el acceso.
Piscina exterior climatizada muy bien . Espacios de juegos y entretenimiento para niños y adultos
La cama matrimonial que pedi en realidad eran dos camas juntas por lo que fue muy incómodo la apertura entre ambas al dormir
