Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.

Nuestra estadía coincidió con una actividad de empresas y fue incómodo. Deben ser honestos y avisar al momento de reservar porque en ningún momento sentimos que nuestra estadía fue placentera.
Mucho ruido en la noche, ruidos molestos probando sonido, micrófonos y música À las 7 am!! Ruidos molestos por trabajos junto a la piscina temperada.
En general fue muy incómodo y no se le da importancia al huésped. No pudimos realmente descansar
La comodidad de la habitación, el lugar en general es adecuado para descansar y desconectarte, el desayuno es variado bastante completo.
Lo más criticable es el poco respeto a los bloques horarios que la propia administración determina para el desayuno y su rotación, ya que claramente es imposible que se cumpla con los horarios y ello repercute en que no encuentres mesas disponibles para poder sentarte a desayunar en el bloque supuestamente asignado para ello.

Buen desayuno buffet y agradable sector de juegos donde uno puede jugar pool y taca-taca. La piscina temperada exterior tiene una excelente temperatura para nadar y relajarse.
Lejos el Spa es lo mejor, completamente recomendado el circuito de agua.
Al parecer el hotel está en un proceso de remodelación y algunas habitaciones aún se ven antiguas y con el mobiliario algo descuidado. También, creo que podrían sacarle más provecho a sus áreas verdes, mejorando los paseos por el bosque.

No contar con rampa para personas con capacidades reducidas para acceder desde el lobby al ascensor que sirve a las habitaciones.
