Good food, but spoilt by cold rooms.
Pros:

The chef must be very good - some wonderful tastes in the restaurant!
Delicious cheese gougeres served before dinner.

Cons:

All we could see from our room was a very scruffy roof - very depressing.
Worse, was the fact that the room was very cold! As were the bar area and restaurant.
Other diners looked chilly! One of the staff offered me a wrap to wear, which was kind - but not really adequate.
Maybe they have a policy of not putting heating on before October? (this was towards the end of September)
Also, a mistake made with my order for dinner - instead of beef, as I had ordered, I was given a fish dish, with gnocchi, which I hate! The staff were apologetic, and an adjustment was made to our bill

Petit déjeuner et dîner excellent. L'hôtel est très beau.

Cons:

La piscine était fermée alors qu'il était écrit qu'elle serait ouverte, j'ai voulu aller dans le jacuzzi qui lui était ouvert mais il était interdit aux enfants...

Have dinner, avoid breakfast and get a croissant at the bakery nearby.
Pros:

Great restaurant and large charming room

Cons:

The breakfast experience was not in line with what you expect.Staff busy with napkins, large event room with an echo of working machines, as no service is available and one has to figure out everything: the egg boiling was a definitive low point.

Wir waren 1 Nacht hier und haben auch das Gourmet-Restaurant genossen!
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Schöner Innenhof. Pool und Jacuzzi vorhanden aber nicht genutzt.
Sehr nettes Personal und schönes Ambiente!
Unser Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem viel Charme!

Cons:

ein etwas kleines Zimmer. Warmwasser zum Duschen erst nach gefühlten mehreren Minuten.

Pros:

Un restaurant au top tant au niveau du service que de la qualité du menu. Un très bel emplacement pour se ressourcer.

Cons:

Il faisait bien trop chaud dans la chambre. Il y avait un simple ventilateur très bas de gamme et la nuit a donc été assez pénible. Le service du petit déjeuner mériterait peut-être une cafetière supplémentaire et une centrifugeuse en libre service.

Pros:

Beautiful location, staff was very friendly and accommodating and food absolutely delicious. We asked the Reception if it were possible to have an early check-in as he had a wedding on the day we have arrived and they made everything possible to give us a different room so we can change before the wedding.

Die Dusche nichts n für Menschen mit Übergewicht!
Aber die Zimmerdame hat ihr bestes gegeben beim sauber machen.

Pleasant stay in a reasonably priced and characterful hotel
Pros:

A pleasant little hotel in an attractive location, at the heart of a picturesque village. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating and we had a tasty dinner in the atmospheric courtyard.
