Super voor een weekendje Brugge!

Fantastisch ontbijt, het bed ligt heerlijk en het personeel is heel vriendelijk. De locatie van het hotel is ook perfect.

Aufenthalt hat nicht stattgefunden. Wir haben morgens das Gepäck abgegeben. Beim Check-in am Nachmittag wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir ein Downgrade erhalten, weil das Wasser nicht ginge. (Keine Benachrichtigung vorher).
Uns wurde das Frühstück kostenlos für zwei Personen angeboten (hatten wir aber extra nicht gebucht) oder wir könnten stornieren. Der Preis für das Frühstück entsprach wohl auch dem Differenzbetrag zum Downgrade, aber wie gesagt wir hatten Frühstück extra nicht gebucht. Und den Differenzbetrag erstattet bekommen war auch keine Option. Die Art und Weise fanden wir nicht sonderlich Kunden freundlich. Es hatte den Charakter von “Friss oder Stirb”.
Wir haben dann ein anderes Hotel gebucht und dort gab es dann direkt ein Upgrade… naja.

Sem dúvida nenhuma, o hotel mais lindo e cheio de cuidados com os hóspedes que conheci. Fomos muito bem recepcionados por Nicole, que, além de nos passar informações sobre o hotel, nos deu um mapa e informações importantes sobre a cidade. A localização do hotel é excelente (fizemos todos os passeios a pé), o quarto é limpo, silencioso, confortável, tem frigobar, cafeteira elétrica e seu tamanho é razoável para um casal e o banheiro, também limpo, conta com secador de cabelo, toalheiro térmico, shampoo, sabonete etc.. O espaço do café da manhã é belíssimo, as louças são refinadas e o café, suco, frutas, pães, bolos, iogurte, waffle, salmão defumado, entre outros itens, são muito saborosos. Na nossa saída, ganhamos biscoitinhos de lembrança.

Romantik ve özel bir otel ❤️

Öncelikle Nicole harika biri ❤️ Otele vardığınızda size şehir haritasını açıp özellikle gezmeniz gereken yerleri detaylı anlatıyor.

Otel odası çok romantik döşenmiş ve ihtiyacınız olan şeyler mevcut. Sizi lezzetli bir kutu Belçika çikolatası ile karşılıyorlar. Otelden ayrılırken de minik bir kurabiye ile uğurluyorlar.

Çok romantik bir kahvaltı salonunda lezzetli bir kahvaltı yapıyorsunuz..

Otel Bruuge’un ünlü meydanlarından biri ilan Jan Van Eyck meydanında .

Bavullarınızı isterseniz sizin için istediğiniz saate kadar saklıyorlar.

Bir daha Brugge geldiğimde konaklayacağım tek yer Nicole’nun oteli olacak..
