Room very romantic, nice but a bit small but in any case one is not supposed be be there most of the day

The location of this hotel is great, right in the middle of the city center.
Beside the location I don't think the 4 starts for this hotel are completely fair. Overall it was not the experience you would expect. Staff was friendly but did not stand out, the hotel is quit small and does have a bit of a weird smell in the rooms. Our room was not completely clean. Still some glass marks on the glass table, Cobweb in the room as well as on the lamps in all the hallways. Sealant joints in the bathroom are brown and in need of replacements. Breakfast option limited. It's not bad but for me between 2 and 3 starts.

Room very quaint, sometimes difficult to manoeuvre
Very clean room, helpful staff. Boutique, traditional looking hotel, not far from the historic centre (10 min walk). Good breakfast choices.
Rooms are not spacious.

Por decir algo, el lavabo era un poco estrecho.
El hotel es muy coqueto y céntrico.
El desayuno muy bueno.
El personal tiene bastantes detalles.
La habitación era muy pequeña y a pesar de llevar un equipaje muy reducido no había casi sitio para dejarlo.
La decoración, quizás un poco recargada.

La ubicación excelente, la señora que nos atendió a la llegada súper profesional y agradable además de hablar español perfecto. La habitación muy bonita y el desayuno estaba bien.
El chico joven y la chica joven de recepción no eran muy amables ni resolutivos. La limpieza de la habitación no era muy buena, aunque reconozco que para cualquier persona encontrar pelos en lava manos o ducha no representan falta de limpieza. En general bien pero no súper bien.
