The staff did their best.

Cons:

The photographs on booking do not reflect how horrible this place actually looks like and how old and neglected this place is. It is a small dark room without a window or a shower (you're taking shower in the middle of bathroom, so everything including toilet or your stuff is wet). There's no place to hang your towel, or basically to store anything (you have to keep your clothes in luggage, but there's not even space where to put your luggage, because it is that small). The first night we were close to the lobby, which was extremely loud (people talking and laughing, loud music, it was basically impossible to sleep) - we highly appreciate that they changed our room afterwards. The breakfast is very poor (two cold toasts or two to three croissants which may or may not be fresh), you have to ask for butter and jam. It was also almost impossible to get VAT back (which for us as tourists should not have been charged in the first place, this is something we've explicitly communicated repeatedly and repeatedly), but after tremendous effort of myself (and a nice receptionist) we've managed to get our money back.

Cons:

Letra chica pague garage extra pensé estaba incluido. Limpieza deficiente, el personal deficiente, había pagado un mes y medio antes y no lo tenían en el sistema tuve que demostrarlo con un resumen de rarjeta que tuve que ocuparme de obtener, suerte que solo estuve un día.
