El hotel en general es bueno, las habitaciones, las camas, el baño, el estacionamiento y el desayuno incluido
Que no contaban con elevador y la habitación estaba en el 3er piso, fui 3 semanas después y seguía igual, regresé ahí pensando que ya lo habían arreglado pero no, teníamos subir 3 pisos cada vez que salíamos o bajábamos al lobby
The rooms were nice
Elevators weren’t working and the oven wasn’t working so there wasn’t a great breakfast for my family of 5
La habitación era grande y cómoda, y el estacionamiento gratis, y fueron flexibles con el check out
El único elevador que tiene no funcionaba y nos asignaron una habitación en el 4° piso, estuvimos ahí 3 semanas antes y tampoco funcionaba, pensamos que en 3 semanas debería haber quedado arreglado. Cuando viajas con toda la familia y con muchas maletas se convierte en un problema
I would never ever recommend this Hotel
To any family members or Friends.1st of all
We booked it for 3 nights this week starting on 7/21/26 under last name Duran room 304. When we got there the gentleman in the front desk told us. We forgot to contact you , but the elevator is not working at all . I told him is it gonna get fixed cause I have a bad knee. His answer was “ I don’t know “. Then I told him can we get a refund an he said , you can buy you will get charge a percentage an I told him it’s not our fault. I also told him , management never tried calling us in advance or anything. 2nd during our 3 nights there I told hospitality about 7 times that we needed towels and that I only needed the trash can clean.. Trash was never pick up a the towels were left outside the door. 3rd our room card kept malfunctioning. We went like 8 times to get them program and they kept telling us , that we had them next to a cell phone. Well that was a lie cause we kept them in our wallets..Management was no where to be found and did not even made 1 attempt to give us a courtesy call to see how we were doing because of the elevator. I did told 1 employee that 1 was gonna make a good referral an he’d answer was in a sarcastic smile “ you go ahead sir, have fun”. This attitude cause al the way from the top that it trickles down to the employee.. But there is 1 thing positive. The lady that helps with the breakfast , dark brown hair or black with glasses an I believe she wears glasses was on top of her breakfast bar, always very polite an asking us that if we needed something just to ask.. We got in early Friday morning and Zen was amazing!!!!! There was a confusion with the dates of our reservation and she was so understanding and helped us get everything sorted out.
I like the safety and convenience of the location. I like the cleanliness and courteous staff.
Not all breakfast was available the last time I stayed there.
Free breakfast was a nice bonus
