Pinnacle Grand Jomtien Resort and Beach Club

We booked a sea view room with terrace (beachfront). It was on the ground floor of the building facing the private beach. The room was big, also big bathroom and very clean. Easy access to the beach and restaurants.

The negative side of this room was there was a connecting door. Although the door was locked but the light could get through under the door and also the noise from the other side of the door.

Breakfast was very basic and a bit lower than our expectation.

The beach facilities had not been maintained properly. And they were not enough for number of guests.

Its an old hotel but they keep it in a good condition. Staff is nice.

This is advertised as a 4 star, however I’d say this is more of a 2 star; the condition of the hotel is not as in the photos. The hotel is rundown, pool areas are neglected, the beach beds are in terrible condition, reception staff were rude, nothing was open. The location is good but the hotel is bad. I would not stay in this hotel again unless they halved the price to reflect its true conditions.

I am currently staying here on my 1st morning. Breakfast is carnage, nobody to greet, long queues, no tables, poor food.

The reception staff were incredibly rude to me this morning, completely ignoring me and allowing people to cut in, even though I was patiently waiting for them. I had to raise my voice and say, “am I invisible?”

The building is very dated, the pools are not well maintained. I will be spending my time outside and away from the hotel.

Recommend to look for alternative hotels. I would not stay here again. The photos do not give a true image of the place. If I could give 0 out of 5, I would!

The first room was awful. Rather than lose me to a bad review, they moved me to a great room. My stay was just fine I needed to leave two days early so I went to check out. Unfortunately they decided they wanted to charge me ฿75 for a Coca-Cola out of my mini bar. But since I don’t drink Coca-Cola and I’m the only person who is in that room, I refuse to pay it.They got really pissed off and were rude. It’s a shame. The rest of my experience was just fine. But I don’t like when people try to rip me off even for the littlest thing. The thing is, I could’ve gone back and rescinded some of the tip I left for the maid who overcharged me, but I chose not to.

Village vacances très agréable et assez haut de gamme. Petit déjeuner varié Thaïlandais et Européen. Dommage que la plage ne soit vraiment pas propre.

Hello.. we had a stay for 3 nights pool view room.. one good thing is that it has a balcony and nice breakfast every morning. we have faced problem with bathroom shover very less pressure. and also there is no clarity about taking room towels to swimming pool. I took 1 towel and i went to swimming pool, ofcourse there is no live guard. some lady took my towel and during the room cleaning service, i have mentioned the towel issue. Receptionist said, towels are available at the swimming pool and no need to take one from our room.. Badly at that time there are no towels at the swimming pool.

there should be a clarity about Do's & Dont's during check in.. Apart from that Food is Good. Nice Beach View and all are perfect.

There are so many better options around Pattaya and the Jomtien area than this hotel. From the moment we checked in, we were disappointed with both the service and the facilities. The check-in experience was slow and left a poor first impression. Throughout our short stay, the overall service lacked the attentiveness we had hoped for.

Our Superior Room was very dirty and worn down, nothing like the pictures advertised. The breakfast was very basic and boring, offering little variety or quality. Just go elsewhere, there are so many other better options. Even though we didn’t pay a lot, we still felt like we didn’t get our money’s worth.

rooms have cockroaches, lizard walk on walls, air-condition broken or noisy. Some of the receptions couldnt understand English, hard to communicate. No hotel telephone, no room service, wifi is too weak

We were welcomed by their freindly staff. They offered us their bed and sofa with a minimum spend of 3000 thai baht, which is perfect for me and my freinds. We were given free towels. Dj is very freibdly too.. And the place is perfect. its very nice. real beach club i must say. pool is overlooking the quiet beach and beautiful sunset.
we will definitely comeback! highly recommended.😊

Visited Alexa Beach and found a very nice resort next door. The resort isn't newly built but we were recommended to book their renovated deluxe Seaview rooms. Turns out it's super nice and such a great price. Bed is very comfortable and big. TV got Netflix. Friendly staff

There are wild dogs on property, lizards and cockroaches in the room! We left right after check-in! Very unhelpful stuff didn’t offer any resolution, so hotel didn’t refund anything! But better that than wake up with some bites from a random creatures! Only decent thing is location

Basic beach side hotel.
Our room was noisy because it had a row of air conditioning units outside.
We asked if we could move but staff said the hotel was full although it didn't seem like all the rooms were occupied.
There were sunbeds available by the pools but hardly any on the beach. Not enough pool towels to go round.

Nice resort at the beach. Couple of restaurants. Could be cleaner!

Worst stay ever. Shower didn’t work for 3 nights, no one came to fix it. I was in room 3315.

I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world, and plenty in Thailand this has to be the most negligent place I’ve stayed at. Never got any refund or apology.

Staff does not care. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The worst thing about this resort is it caters to too many Russian tourists who selfishly take all the beach towels to reserve the sun chairs on the beach, and additional beach chairs to dry themselves with when they eventually get down to the sun chairs. Subsequently other guests miss out on chairs that remain empty for hours! And there are no towels left for other guests. The hotel needs to set up rules about this practice so all guests can enjoy the resort. We did not see the point of the Alexa beach club that was causing noise pollution with hideous music and no one even there. People just want to relax, not get a headache! They've seriously misunderstood their clientele.We had a few minor issues with our room but the staff immediately dealt with the issues so that was a positive. Another positive was the breakfast selection though it was too busy a scene to be enjoyable. The resort is also a little out of the way but that can be a good thing too. Problem is getting taxis takes a long time. Cute dejection of beach shack cafes nearby. Dreadful amount of rubbish on the beach. Something needs to be done about this!
