El desayuno estuvo muy bien. Piscina.
Me pareció algo raro tener que pagar 2500 that en la piscina donde estaba el Dj cuando veíamos que no hay gente nunca, tendría que ver una opción para la temporada baja para sacar rentabilidad a esa zona. La playa 🏖️ privada estaba muy sucia, muchas basura🗑️en la playa no la aproveche...
The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach, and the room rates are very reasonable, offering good value for money.
During peak periods when the hotel was very busy, the staff were unable to provide attentive service.
For example, when I asked a staff member about luggage assistance, I was told to return to the front desk instead of being helped directly. This was quite inconvenient, as the accommodation building was located far from the reception area.
I would suggest improving communication and coordination among staff so that guests can receive assistance more efficiently, especially during busy periods. This would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
Breakfast was excellent. Great choice of food and beverage. Thai food was exceptionally well.
The restaurant closes early. There is no support for the restaurant after 6 in the evening. If you are travelling with kids, it is a bit difficult. No one really helps with what are available or tourist attractions nearby. The staff are friendly but not really very helpful, probably towards Indians. They seem to be more friendly with Russians, since they cater to mostly Russian tourists.

Direct access to a semi private beach is amazing. All the pools are nice and the grounds are well cared for
The garden is nice with lots of plants and nice fish ponds.
It's fun to see geckos everywhere.
Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful, I would return.
The rooms could use some renovations, mainly the bathroom.
It's a little far from the city but you are in a resort with a quiet beach so of course.
