Wir waren soweit zufrieden
Pros:

Ausstrahlung und hilfe des Personals, sauberkeit, Lage sehr zentral

Cons:

Obwohl wir rechtzeitig für 3 Personen gebucht haben, war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig als wir ankamen. Wir gingen aufs Zimmer und dann erst kam das 3. Bett und wurde neu bezogen. Ich wünschte, dass das eher geschehen würde

Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig und die Betten ein Traum. Haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt am Bahnhof, besser geht´s nicht.

Pros:

A great hotel in a great location. That rare thing of being exactly as described. Room size is good for a European city, and all facilities worked well (including the all-important aircon.) The buffet breakfast was great, and I'd recommend it (although it might be a bit expensive) and the facilities, such as the pool, were good.

Cons:

Nothing, really. This is a great hotel (not a five star boutique, but that would be missing the point.) Maybe a clock in the pool area would be good, and a clearer indication of where the restaurant is (it's the bar.) The rooms could also use some more artwork, and I'd recommend a refresh of the carpets.

Bon rapport qualité pris. Bien situé même si on aurait préféré être un peu plus loin de la gare

Pros:

Einfach alles. Sauberes Zimmer, mehrsprachiges super freundliches Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sowas von überwältigend. Soviel Auswahl hatten wir zuvor in keinem Hotel.

Cons:

Die Gegend war nicht so prall. Wenn man aus dem Hotel links runter ging, fing es schnell an zu stinken. Es roch in Berlin so oft an manchen Stellen nach Fäkalien das einem die Luft weg blieb. Keine Ahnung ob die Kanäle nicht gereinigt werden oder so.

Superhotel in Superlage!!!
Pros:

Die Superlage des Hotels, die schalldichten Fenster, die großzügigen Zimmer, der tolle Pool ( allerdings kostenpflichtig) und das großartige Frühstück!!!

Cons:

Ich war mit Fahrrad unterwegs und habe erst nach hartnäckigen Nachfragen einen Platz für das Fahrrad in der Tiefgarage bekommen ( kostenlos).
Der Angestellte wollte mich dazu bringen, das Rad draußen stehen zu lassen.
