Fire Alarm
Pros:

Fire Alarm went off around 9am for 5-10 minutes woke us up, went down and nobody said anything to us even when I went to check out, after working in the hospitality industry for for over 13 years and all of that at the front desk of hotels, I thought that was unprofessional of the hotel management to not put letters under the doors.

Otherwise the young lady at check-in was very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was stocked with plenty of choices.

The room I booked was to be a standard king room. We were out into a double room. I double checked my booking and verified i did indeed book a standard king room.

Our room was clean but it was not the room we booked.

The shower in the morning was cold. The breakfast was very disappointing. The food was not good. We were only there in time to sleep, have breakfast and checkout.

Great place. Incredibly clean, comfortable beds, friendly service and the breakfast was one of the better ones.

Just a side note, the pool is so loud, especially with kids in there. Not a negative at all. Just be prepared.

I would definitely come back to this place and if this hotel is any indication of what this company is like, I would try others in the chain as well.

Very clean and friendly staff. Easy access to hwy and shopping. They serve breakfast for free and it was worth getting up for. The pool and spa whirlpool extremely clean. We really enjoyed our stay. One of the best places I stayed over on our road trip. Truly deserves a 5*
