Como en casa pero mejor atendido

Buenas habitaciones, buena ubicación, la atención amable y disposición del personal, especialmente del Manager, Raul, para responder a las necesidades de los huéspedes

Hotel acogedor, 100% amables pero con detalles a pulir.
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, la ubicación, la cama muy cómoda y tener kitchenette en la habitación.

Cons:

Toallas duras y muy usadas.
Un día nos colocaron sábanas rotas.
Ducha pequeña.
Falta de mantenimiento en ciertas partes de la habitación.
A veces se olvidaban de reponer café, azúcar.

Het is een hotel met aandacht voor de gasten, dichtbij de stad met fijne zwembadjes.
Pros:

We hadden een deluxe kamer, achteraf was een classic voldoende geweest.

Locatie was goed en levendig.
Vriendelijk en betrokken personeel.
Handdoekenservice en verloopstekkers.
Whatsapp met de receptie.
Rustig bij zwembadjes.
Als er iets niet goed was, werd er snel gereageerd.

Cons:

Locatie kon soms luid zijn, met oordoppen is dat opgelost.
Niet overal even goede wifi.
Airco redde het maar net, duurde soms lang voor het echt koel was.
Bij het ‘oase’ zwembadje veel schaduw in het water.
Parkeren is een beetje gokken, met een kleine auto en fileparkeerskills wel goed te doen.
Geen warm water uit de kraan om af te wassen.
Echt koken kan lastig zijn met twee pitten waar de pannen niet samen op pasten.

Peaceful boutique stay in the heart of Pietermaai
Pros:

This was my second stay here, and I love how the hotel feels like a secluded oasis while still being right in the middle of Willemstad’s old town. We had the poolside room on two levels, just like the previous time.

Excelente estadia, localização perfeita. Recomendo!
Pros:

Lugar muito central e perto de muitos restaurantes e do centro e o apartamento bastante amplo com as comodidades necessárias para fazer um bom café da manhã e jantar no apartamento. Apesar do Hotel não disponibilizar estacionamento, na rua próxima ao Hotel foi encontrado vaga para estacionar sem custo.

Perfect location and outstanding staff
Pros:

This is my first experience at a boutique hotel, and it was amazing. I felt like i lived there and like I had known the staff for a while, it felt close knit and they were all extremely helpful. I didn't like my original room and they were kind enough to swap for me at no additional cost. They made my stay in Curaçao a lot more memorable!

Lovely oasis within walking distance to everything you want to see! Customer service was top notch!
Pros:

Centrally located and a serene little oasis in the lovely Pietermaai neighborhood

Cons:

Our first rooms was located in an off building down an alley from the main hotel and it was quite a walk to drag all our luggage. Lots of stairs and our rooms were located in a very hot attic area with low beamed ceiling. After speaking with them the next morning about it not being a great location for my senior mother they were super accommodating and quick to move us to centrally located suites on the ground level. Lovely customer service and front desk.

Excelente ubicación, cercano a restaurants cn vista a la playa, estacionamiento en la calle frente al hotel, fuimos en temporada baja así que al
Menos siempre había lugar.

Cons:

Nos dejaron una mini cabaña de dos pisos, la escalera era de peldaños pequeños, bien peligrosa para subir y bajar con maletas, el baño estaba abajo.

Una estafa
Pros:

Solo la ubicación, no alojé y pedí que me devolvieran el dinero

Cons:

Al parecer tienen dos casas habilitadas y en la que estuve se pasaba por un callejón sucio, sube y baja escalas sin ayuda alguna con las maletas, las piscinas parecían estanques de peces. Me cambié inmediatamente de hotel
