Lovely oasis within walking distance to everything you want to see! Customer service was top notch!
Pros:

Centrally located and a serene little oasis in the lovely Pietermaai neighborhood

Cons:

Our first rooms was located in an off building down an alley from the main hotel and it was quite a walk to drag all our luggage. Lots of stairs and our rooms were located in a very hot attic area with low beamed ceiling. After speaking with them the next morning about it not being a great location for my senior mother they were super accommodating and quick to move us to centrally located suites on the ground level. Lovely customer service and front desk.

Bien ubicado, lindo entorno
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, cercano a restaurants cn vista a la playa, estacionamiento en la calle frente al hotel, fuimos en temporada baja así que al
Menos siempre había lugar.

Cons:

Nos dejaron una mini cabaña de dos pisos, la escalera era de peldaños pequeños, bien peligrosa para subir y bajar con maletas, el baño estaba abajo.

Pros:

Solo la ubicación, no alojé y pedí que me devolvieran el dinero

Cons:

Al parecer tienen dos casas habilitadas y en la que estuve se pasaba por un callejón sucio, sube y baja escalas sin ayuda alguna con las maletas, las piscinas parecían estanques de peces. Me cambié inmediatamente de hotel

Great location
Pros:

Staff and location were great. Parking was always available. Local groceries and bakery near by. Lots of restaurants near by. Nice to walk down to the wharf to check out where the cruise ships dock.

Cons:

I only have one complaint and that was we asked for the bathroom sink to be fixed as it was leaking at the base. Staff came and looked and never returned so we could not use the sink for the whole week we stayed in the room. Otherwise all was good

Superbe séjour
Pros:

Le personnel est incroyable, super gentil et serviable. Ils ont été super efficaces, ma valise n’était pas arrivé et ils se sont chargés d’appeler la compagnie pour savoir où cela en est et faire le suivi. J’ai eu un problème avec mon air co le premier soir et directement ils m’ont changé de chambre, vraiment je les remercie !
Localisation parfaite, proche du centre et de lieux pour manger. Il y deux piscines très sympas et calmes.
L’hôtel est “bruyant” mais en même temps on est en plein dans un centre et à côté d’une rue très fréquentée mais en mettant des boules quiese c’est sans problème.

El sonido de las olas
Pros:

La ubicación y las instalaciones son geniales. Al llegar nos dieron un upgrade. Un penthouse con vista al mar espectacular. Super amables. Nos quedamos 2 noches más de las planeadas. Descansar acompañados del sonido del mar fue inolvidable. 💙🌊

Fijne kamer in een aardig en vriendelijk hotel
Pros:

De lokatie was op zich prima. Personeel was erg aardig en behulpzaam. Onze kamer was aanvankelijk niet zo fijn maar we kregen na twee nachten een mooie alternatieve kamer aangeboden zonder extra kosten.

Cons:

Het zwembad is erg klein. De kamers die we aanvankelijk hadden vonden wij minder prettig. Met een ingang aan een steeg naast het hotel en naast een wat lawaaig restaurant.

GEWELDIG verblijf op een TOP locatie met súper personeel.
Pros:

De locatie is echt TOP. Midden in Pietermaai met veel leuke mogelijkheden voor koffie, restaurantjes of een bezoek aan Willemstad. Het is geen locatie voor een dagelijkse strandvakantie, maar daar was ik ook niet naar op zoek. Bijzonder fijn vond ik de 2 (!) zwembaden die de accommodatie biedt en het personeel is écht heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Het enige wat ik zou adviseren is: neem oordoppen mee. Ik had pech met luide buren op 1 avond. Maar ook de muziek van de super gezellige straat, hoor je bijv. op de donderdag. Geen ramp, maar ik ben gevoelig voor geluid, dus dat is het enige wat ik volgende keer anders zou doen.

Localização e gentileza dos funcionários

Cons:

Muitas coisas, pelo preço e avaliação esperava MUITO MAIS. De longe não é um 4 estrelas, começando pelo pagamento que não foi possível dividir em 2 cartões e isso não havia sido informado antes e, para nós, isso gerou um problema considerável, depois a limpeza é algo realmente crítico, estava bem sujo desde a chegada (com tufos de sujeira nos cantos e lençóis sujos na chegada - conforme fotos) e mesmo as limpezas durante a estadia deixava a desejar. A privada não funcionava, ou não ia embora ou quando ia voltava depois de alguns minutos. O chuveiro tinha 2 opções: quente e pouca água ou se quisesse alguma pressão no chuveiro tinha q tomar banho gelado, até mesmo a fechadura de entrada tivemos que pegar o jeito de abrir sem quebrar a chave pq ela enroscava toda hora e das primeiras vezes chegamos a passar minutos tentando tirar a chave da porta. Coisas menos relevantes mas que tb tem oportunidade é o tamanho da pia do banheiro que é minúscula, impossível lavar o rosto, da somente para mãos ou dentes e tb numa cidade de praia imaginava q teria algum lugar p colocar as roupas de banho, não tinha um varal, um gancho dentro do box, nada era ventilado.
Em resumo: não valeu a pena pagar o dobro de outras acomodações para não ter o conforto de um 4 estrelas e com as avaliações que eu havia visto
