Pros:

The location was great. I loved the little gardens and pools. Lovely welcoming and obliging staff. Very comfortable beds and linen. Lovely kitchette with all equipment needed. I would visit again.

Cons:

My room felt quite dark and cave like without a dedicated outdoor space and 2 windows at street level. However, I did make use of the garden to dry my wet things! I also added a grater to the kitchette - a useful item!

Pousada não atendeu às minhas expectativas
Pros:

Quarto amplo, cama grande e colchão confortável, decoração de bom gosto. Limpeza boa.

Cons:

Ocupei o quarto 28, que tinha vista para um telhado. O banheiro não tinha porta, portanto este quarto só pode ser ocupado por pessoas com muita intimidade. Quarto com pouca iluminação. O quarto fica fora da pousada, tem escadas estreitas para se chegar lá, difícil para subir e descer com malas. Aos finais de semana muito barulho por ser do lado de bares e restaurantes. Fiquei sem internet durante 3 dias.

Friendly staff, great location - Hospitality at its finest level!
We were a group of 4 (2 couples). One couple had issues with their room, and the staff offered the group the seafront penthouse, fully equipped and functional for 4 people (separate suites).

Cons:

That we had to leave the island since vacations were over :(

Super bem localizada.
Pros:

A localização do hotel é excelente, perto de muitos de bares e restaurantes e a 10 minutos a pé da principal ponte de curaçao. Eles prepararam meu quarto com muito carinho e cuidado, gostei da estrutura meditarrânea . Os quartos do hotel são em diferentes edificações, e assim eles formam um complexo, a piscina do hotel nao ficava no prédio onde eu me hospedei, e por isso acabei nem utilizando. Não há vagas de carro para hospedes, com isso estacionavamos na rua do hotel, por vezes aguardamos até que uma vaga fosse liberada, sem muitos transtornos. No geral é um bom hotel.

Cons:

Não gostei muito do banheiro aberto no meio do quarto, pois acaba tirando a privacidade do parceiro, mas nada que não se transforme em boas risadas.

Cons:

El trato que tienen en James. Si sos latinoamericano no atienden bien. Fui dos veces, las dos, fue renegar.
La limpieza era a demanda y la reposicion de capsulas de cafe tambien. Habia que indicar puntualmente que limpien el baño, que retiren la basura, que repongan lo faltante.
El personal de recepcion: excelente.
Falta mantenimiento en algunas habitaciones.
Por la ubicacion lo valoro.
Esta ubicado en la zona donde los turistas holandeses se creen los dueños... asique el choque cultural complicado.
La calle de atras del hotel que es lindisima por su gastronomia, primero atienden a los turistas holandeses, luego al resto, no importa si llegaste primero ( principalmente en el de pizza y pasta)
