Muita falta de evolução para um hotel assim, costumamos ficar no Monchique e esta foi a primeira e ultima vez no Nau.

Cons:

Bebida nos quartos, café substituido diariamente, idem para as garrafas de água.

We should expect better Customer Service
Pros:

Customer service from reception and buggy team very poor. Buggy number 10 failed us between 17 green and 18 tee. (Cart path only that day, so no long excursions had been required) We carried clubs final hole.
No apology received when I reported failure to reception team. Just a 'you should have phoned us!'. We expected a buggy that would have completed 18 holes and returned us to the clubhouse.
At least Alamos was playable on 21st March.
On two visits within 3 days neither myself or playing partner received a warm welcome from the reception team, which started with a cry of 'LEAVE YOUR BAGS OUTSIDE!'
Interesting that NUA Morgado have two separate TripAdvisor review sites.
