Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht dem, was wir aufgrund der Beschreibung und unserer Erwartungen erhofft hatten.
Pros:

Die Anlage ist insgesamt schön, entspricht jedoch aus unserer Sicht noch nicht dem Standard, den man von einem Resort erwartet. Das Gesamtbild der ansonsten wunderschönen Landschaft wird durch die noch vorhandenen Bauruinen deutlich beeinträchtigt.

Cons:

Die Poolanlage ist für die Größe des Resorts zu klein dimensioniert. Wir waren Ende Juli vor Ort und hätten zu diesem Zeitpunkt erwartet, dass die gesamte Anlage vollständig fertiggestellt und in einem einwandfreien Zustand ist.

Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden täglich im Außenbereich noch umfangreiche Garten- und Aufräumarbeiten durchgeführt. Dadurch herrschte ständig Lärm, sodass wir weder am Pool noch auf der Anlage die gewünschte Ruhe und Erholung genießen konnten.

Não gostei de não ter gel de banho pq acabou e só me deram um novo qd faltavam 5 minutos para efetuar o check out!
Indecende e péssimo. Como é possível, chegar avisar q não tinha gel de banho ( estava vazio) e não terem resolvido a situação! Vergonhoso. Obviamente não fomos à piscina pq não tínhamos gel de banho!!! Os colaboradores parecem perdidos sem conseguirem atender devidamente os clientes!

Such a bad experience that I’ll never return.

View is acceptable I suppose.

Cons:

1, all facilities are lacking in maintenance. See the images below. The pools are dirty. Walls are full of water marks. Pool chairs have stains all over them. Water in one of the pools is muddy.
2, service is no good. a) The tap runs lukewarm water instead of fresh cold water, which they were informed by me but chose to not act upon. b) upon checking it, one reception lady told us that our stay included dinner. We were not sure about it as the booking was made long time ago, so we asked her to verify again. She confirmed it. So we went to the buffet dinner and mid of dinning got asked by the manager to pay for it. Confused, we went back to her and she said it was a mistake and blamed us for not checking the booking records on our end, despite she herself checked it twice upon our request. Such irresponsible and horrible work ethic.
3, the location is remote. And the ground is paved with small tiles of rugged stones, making it impossible to drag your normal wheeled luggage. Yet the concierge does not actively offer assistance.

Will not recommend honestly.

I felt like they lied about their location because we literally had it on the map before booking and it said 7 mins walk and when we got there, it started saying 24 mins drive to the afronation location. Beware, they might be adding the wrong address to get people to book and then change it back to the right address.
