Odanın air condition sistemi arızalıydı, tüm oteller dolu olduğu için yer değiştirme şansımız olmadı. Portable küçük bir klima verdiler, gürültülü ve yetersizdi! Diğer konular güzeldi!

It was good
Pros:

In general, the room was good, and the location was perfect. Breakfast could be richer; there should be more cheese options. One of the important things that I like is that they have an iron in the room. But they do not have slippers, which guests should not have to request since it is a common standard in hotels.

Cons:

If they have a variety of cheeses as a choice.

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit direkt angrenzendem Parkhaus
Pros:

Gutes geräumiges Hotelzimmer in zentral gelegenem Hotel. Unser Kind bekam beim Empfang einen Gutschein für ein Eis im Restaurant. Das angeschlossene Parkhaus ist praktisch, und man erhält einen Rabattcode vom Hotel (Bezahlung per App bei Anreise).
Tipp: Parkhaus nicht vorab buchen, wegen 30% Rabattcode, den man erst beim CheckIn sieht.

Cons:

Die Toilette war nicht optimal gereinigt bei Ankunft. Mit etwas putzen war das aber schnell selbst erledigt. * Die eigentliche Rezeption im 2. OG ist nicht besetzt, dafür der etwas kleine Schalter im EG. War nicht gleich zu durchschauen. * Vom Parkhaus aus gibt es zwar einen Zugang zum Hotel, aber keinen Aufzug für die erste Treppe.

Pros:

Located close to the center of Bristol, this hotel is very comfortable and spacious. The staff is courteous and informative. Had a very good stay here.

Cons:

Though the Hotel isn't responsible for it, the parking situation is a mess. Plenty of parking but mismanaged by Q-Park. But again, the hotel isn't owning the Parking. But a solution for customers would be great!

Really comfortable stay but some things below par that meant it wasn’t worth the money.
Pros:

Great location, extremely convenient parking, lovely staff on reception.

Cons:

Tall lamp had nowhere to plug in to. One bedside lamp did not work. Room service menu was only sandwich or pizza. Couldn’t get a salad with pizza.
