Please note the payment must be from the original card, and the cardholder must be present upon check-in. In the case of third party bookings please contact the property once the reservation is made, as a payment authorization form must be completed before arrival.
The payment card used to guarantee the reservation must match the card presented upon check in at the hotel. If a reservation is made on behalf of someone that is not the owner of the card a 3rd party authorization form must be completed at the time of booking. This needs to be sent to the hotel along with a photocopy of both sides of the card and photographic ID for them to verify. Failure to do so may result in refusal of entry at check-in. Really good location. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We got a free room upgrade which was a really nice surprise!
Only issue with being in a city centre is that the car park prices are extortionate but that’s not the fault of the hotel

Wij hadden kamer met balkon. Balkon roestige spijlen, vloerbedekking in de kamer is niet schoon maar dat komt doordat je vanaf een nat en vies balkon zo naar binnen in je kamer loopt.
It was easy to park, we were greeted warmly and professionally by the manager. Our room was absolutely ideal for my teenage daughter and I to share for our visit to Bristol. The breakfast was all we needed, great choice , and again a lovely welcome at breakfast.
