Great stay and friendly staff.
Pros:

Fantastic one night stay. A warm welcome by staff. The room was clean, complimentary plata, good location in the centre of Bristol. The price was good and the hotel manager was friendly on departure. A great stay and would recommend.

I Reliable Hotel with Friendly Staff and Consistently Good Service
Pros:

stay here regularly for work, usually two or three times a month, and have always had a positive experience. The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and on the very occasional occasion I've had an issue, it's been dealt with quickly and professionally.

I often eat in the restaurant during my stays. While the menu isn't huge, the food has always been good quality and I've never been disappointed with a meal.

I would like to extend a special mention to Praveen in the restaurant for his exceptional service.

Overall, it's a reliable hotel with great staff and good service, which is why I keep coming back.

Great Hospitality.
Pros:

We arrived late after a long journey and received a warm and friendly welcome, with efficient check in to our room, which was perfect. As it was late we ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was lovely, particularly my Madras which really hit the spot. The service from Sai was faultless too. All in all a really nice stay - thanks to all the hotel team.

Great for kids and pleasant stay
Pros:

The hotel is well located. Parking is discounted for hotel guests but is quite expensive. Reception was welcoming and gave my 5 year old a lovely toiletry pack which she loved. We had a king room on the 5th floor and it was big. Street noise isn’t too noticeable considering it’s on a large main road.
The breakfast was very good. Kids eat for free which is a massive bonus and there was a kids section in the restaurant which was a nice touch.
The restaurant staff were lovely! Praveen was so nice to my daughter and brought her a special order of pancakes and Archna and Christeen kept everything well stocked and tidy. We look forward to returning!

Good base for 2 nights
Pros:

Good size comfortable clean room

Cons:

Car park was not very clean and underpass near by not very nice
Also the water in the shower was extremely hot, unusable on one morning

Pros:

the room was very clean and the staff was very frendly so we booked an extra day and had some time in bristol. Taslin my wife has to go into hospital in october and I will be booking the hotel again as soon as we have a exact date.

Cons:

the reception and bar area was very hot(over 90f) so we did not stay in there to long,mind you it was very hot out side at the time.
