Camera silenziosa e spaziosa.
Ben pulita.
Vicinissimo alla stazione degli autobus, perfetto per le nostre esigenze, anche se la zona non è proprio tra le più belle di Bristol.

Cons:

A simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários, especialmente da receção.
O quarto era espaçoso, confortável e todos os dias ofereciam amenities (chá, café e bolachas).
Localização do hotel, próxima da estação de autocarros (com ligação direta ao aeroporto).

Initially message correspondence was not clear or friendly. However staff in hotel itself were helpful and friendly!

Breakfast at £18 was poor value. No quality bread, no fried eggs, no black pudding. Most of the lifts were broken.
