Pros:

Gute zentrale Lage in Bristol, aber schwer zugänglich. Parken auf öffentlichem Parkplatz, aber gut erreichbar und an das Hotel angegliedert

Cons:

Das Einchecken war kompliziert, weil zweigeteilt (Parken und Rezeption), wobei die Rezeption meist nicht besetzt war. Das Restaurant war unbefriedigend, sowohl in Service als auch in der Qualität des Essens. Ober und Koch stritten sich ausführlich neben unserem Tisch, obwohl wir uns nicht beklagt hatten.

Nice hotel bad location.
Pros:

The hotel itself was great. The front staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was big and personalized our room with bathrobes and slippers for each of our us. I especially liked the fact the parking lot was right next to the hotel (extra charge). They had the room set up for a family of 5 which was great. We stayed for 1 night just to see a show.

Cons:

The area didn't seem safe. During the day, was fine to walk around. At night, it was very sketchy especially right in front on the park there was alot going on that wasn't apprpriate for children to see. We stuck indoors and away from the windows.
