Good.
Pros:

Staff were nice. Car park convenient but expensive. There are no lifts in the car park so luggage has to be lugged down many stairs. Room was large. Would have preferred a bath.

Cons:

Conditioner was empty in bathroom. They need a lift from all floors in car park to Hotel but that’s NCP’s responsibility and they are not known for making their car parks easy to use.. Breakfast could have been included in the price I paid.

We had a most enjoyable stay and would recommend it.
Pros:

Breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice. Location was good for the shops.
The hotel was nice and quiet with very comfortable beds.

Would 100% stay there again!
Pros:

Great location and very comfortable beds. Would stay there again. Stayed for the Bristol Half marathon weekend and they even offered free goodie bags for runners in the morning which was just so lovely!

Cons:

Our floor just needed a bit more of a hoover and our TV was on a very low shelf which was a bit strange but all in all it didn’t effect our stay :)

Paid 250 for one night. Not good value for money however good location and was okay for one night
Pros:

Happy with our stay
Pros:

The room was great, clean and spacious. As we booked the larger room to accommodate three adults we had plenty of space. Happy with extra towels left to use. The room was clean and comfortable.
