Located right in the prime spot of the Old Quarter, the hotel offers a perfect blend of Hanoi's traditional charm and modern, luxurious hospitality. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was deeply impressed by the warm, attentive, and friendly greeting from the entire staff. The room was tastefully decorated and immaculate down to the smallest detail, offering a cozy and extremely relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring the streets. In particular, the spa experience with its professional treatments melted away all fatigue and fully restored my energy. Hanoi Boutique Hotel and Spa is undoubtedly an ideal stopping point that I will gladly return to and recommend to friends and family whenever visiting the Hanoi old quarter .

Très chouette hôtel, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
Pros:

Nous étions déjà venus il y a 3 ans avec mon copain. L’hôtel est très bien placé, les chambres sont conformes aux photos sur booking, le personnel est au top, Mai est vraiment très gentille. Nous vous recommandons cet hôtel si vous séjournez à Hanoï. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bon.

I had a really lovely stay at Hanoi Boutique Hotel & Spa. The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi’s Old Quarter, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and attractions within walking distance.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always happy to assist with recommendations, transportation, and any questions I had.
I also enjoyed the spa service, which was a great way to relax after a busy day exploring the city. Overall, a warm and welcoming hotel with excellent service. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Hanoi!
