Posizione, gentilezza personale e colazione, varia e di qualità sia quella orientale, sia quella occidentale.
Struttura tranquilla nel Vecchio quartiere con camere ben isolate. Il sesto piano, a mia opinione, è il migliore per la quiete, anche se non ha viste.
In ogni caso ottima scelta. Secondo di quattro soggiorni.
Ottimo il servizio di transfer da aeroporto con prezzi concorrenziali.
Vale la pena per semplificarsi la vita dopo ore di volo e rintontimento da fuso orario.

Wouldn't stay again.
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

Not especially welcoming. The whole place lacks natural light. My room had none either and felt dingy and claustrophobic. There was an infestation of bugs in the bathroom, I think from the plants... but it wasn't nice to find them crawling on my stuff ☹️
Breakfast was mediocre.
Overall I think this hotel was expensive for what it was. I was meant to stay 4 nights but had had enough after two.

Pros:

Scam. Do not book this hotel. Not long after booking I started getting Scam messages from numbers. They had all my booking details as well as my personal details. 2 weeks after that my bank account was hacked and money stolen. Nothing like this has ever happened me previously. Do not book

Excellent choice when staying in Hanoi!
Pros:

The Haron Hanoi Boutique Hotel was truly an excellent experience! The location of this recently opened 5-Star Boutique Hotel was perfectly located in the Old Quarter. Many major attractions were within walking distance. The hotel itself was beautiful and inviting. An elaborate restaurant, bar and rooftop bar made it even more enjoyable. I could not say enough about our experience with staff. My daughter and I were traveling together, and everyone made us feel at home and offered helpful insight during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great little family run hotel in excellent Old Quarter location 5*
Pros:

We were a group of 8 and this was a perfect 3 day stay start to our Vietnam adventure.
The location is perfect for all the attractions in and around the Old Quarter. The road outside is a one way street and chaotic but that adds to the charm and character of the place. It’s an old building with lots of charm. Don’t expect a modern 5* hotel - just expect great personal service, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast with lots of variety in choice right in the heart of the hustle and bustle. We all loved it! Thankyou to Mai and her team - EXCELLENT 5*

Service exceptionnel et chambres magnifiques
Pros:

Le point fort de notre séjour a été le service. L’équipe se souvenait de nos noms et nous a aidés à organiser des excursions ainsi que les transferts vers l’aéroport avec une grande facilité. La chambre était magnifiquement décorée et très propre. Nous y séjournerions de nouveau sans hésiter.
