Lovely helpful staff, spacious room, comfortable bed (especially after our request for a bed-topper pad), and though a bit old the property was clean enough and well maintained.
Highlight was a 90-minute MASSAGE by skilled (male and female) my partner and I both have injuries, the practitioners were skilled, confident and pleasant.
Everyone speaks reasonable English, so our stay was enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better – everything from local restaurants and coffee shops to shopping areas is just a short walk away. The staff were one of the highlights of our trip. Everyone was welcoming, polite, and eager to assist whenever we needed help. Special thanks to Emma and Luca, who were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable. Although the air conditioner was a bit noisy and the bathroom showed some signs of wear, these small details didn't affect our overall experience. A great place to stay while exploring Vietnam. We'd definitely recommend it to fellow travelers.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms and common areas were kept exceptionally clean, creating a comfortable and pleasant environment throughout my visit. The hotel also offers delicious meals on the second floor, making it convenient for guests who prefer dining on-site. What impressed me the most was the excellent customer service. Mai, Kien, and Linh were always approachable, friendly, and incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly stands out. I would gladly recommend this hotel to friends and fellow travelers. Without a doubt, I will stay here again on my next visit.

Wonderful stay right in the centre of the old Quarter. Our room was spacious with a window view to the street to watch the Hanoi life unfold in front of you. Better still it was so quiet at night. Breakfast was super good. A little beer pub across the street that was perfect to end the day at. The staff were incredibly helpful. A special mention to Tony. His helpfulness and great eating recommendations were top notch.

One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the food. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of dishes, from traditional Vietnamese specialties to Western favorites. We loved having the opportunity to try authentic local cuisine every morning, and everything was fresh and beautifully presented. What impressed us most was the quality of the Western dishes. The chefs clearly pay attention to detail, and the flavors were excellent. Whether it was freshly baked pastries, eggs made to order, or classic international dishes, everything was prepared to a very high standard. Combined with the outstanding service and comfortable accommodations, the dining experience made our stay even more memorable.

Recently stayed at this hotel and left with positive impressions. The room was tidy, the breakfast was decent, and the staff were always polite. Simple but really enjoyable stay.

We stayed here for two nights, then two more nights after return from Ha long bay.
A nice, cosy and little hotel. Great location. Quit, but very central and with small shops and places to eat right on the doorstep. Walking distance to most places. Accommodating and service minded staff. Nice rooms, beds were good sized and ok, mattresses, nice breakfast room, ok breakfast and very friendly staff.

Firstly, in recognition of our 20th wedding anniversary, our room was made up beautifully with rose petals, and towel swans. The room itself was jaw dropping! We were upgraded from the classic room to an amazing corner room overlooking bustling Hanoi Capital. They were even views from the bathroom/shower! The air-conditioning was perfect and we were able to control it ourselves. Service was impeccable and the facilities were marvelous. 100% recommend this property and we will definitely stay here again when returning to Hanoi

Really great hotel, very centrally located in the city and easy walking distance to all the main attractions. We had a lovely, good sized room with a fantastic view from the 5th floor. The service throughout was excellent and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. They allowed us a later checkout and to store our luggage as we were only flying home that night, which was extremely helpful. I'd definitely stay here again if ever back in Hanoi!

Perfect location in the Old Quarter just step out and walk around. I am super sensitive to noise and our room was amazing off the street. The rooms are elegantly appointed yet with feelings of home statements which is nice when you have been traveling for awhile. The breakfast was amazing!! They have some of the best Pho we had in the city, make sure you get the beef. Their happy hour is nice especially after a day out in the heat to come back to a cool quiet spot. Their spa was wonderful and make sure to take advantage of the 40% of in the morning. Mai, the general manager is great and so very helpful in planning your day and stay including pickup at the airport which is great, especially when there are plane delays (as with us). They are great at What’s app before your travel and help you with everything for your trip. The staff knows you by your name and is there to please. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel!

I booked this hotel for one week in March and end up stayed there almost weeks. Everyone was nice and polite esp Ms Mai and Ms Ly. They all made me feel like at home. Location is absolutely amazing and my room has a spectacular view. Love Vietnam <3

What a conveniently located hotel, the short distance to a lot of attractions + benifit of having a lot of street food, convenience stores and restaurants/bars right around the hotel made this best choice for the stay in the city. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and was cleaned well each day though I think the safe and the shower need a little bit of maintenance. It helped that my room wasn't facing the street because I could hear faint traffic noises well into the night but nothing that would disturb sleep.
