The receptionist was very helpful for tours on Bangka Island.
Very good experience, facilities very good and clean. Cindy was very friendly and professional. Our group all enjoyed there stay and we will be returning on the next trip.

This hotel has very clean and tidy rooms.
People would feel comfortable to arrange itinerary in visiting the city because the hotel located in central area.
Due to my experience having breakfast in hotel, I see how charm and smiley the waiters is, especially one who named Violin.
Hope, I will find this Novotel well developed in the future.

Difficult to turn on TV channels
When I saw several unfinished or dilapidated buildings along the way to the hotel I was worried that this hotel won’t be able to provide Novotel-level of service. Fortunately my worries were unfounded. The hotel went above and beyond what was required of them to make sure the guests have a wonderful experience. The staffs were very kind and attentive, room amenities were very nice (although the pillows were bit too soft for my taste), breakfast options were many and varied, and they have a shuttle to and from the airport. It’s free for Accor ALL members, so if you’re not a member yet, go and sign up. It’s a shame Bangka tourism is in a slump lately, so I don’t see many guests. Here’s hoping the tourism situation cna get better soon!
The laundry service is exceptional. Thankful for the great work that is shown by the staff especially Ms Adelia and Ms Rani. The room also let me feel comfortable with everything. The only aspect that still has to be improved a bit maybe about the resto menus. But above all, the stay is rewarding😀

Lia and Hairul truly goes above and beyond as a housekeeper. Not only is he incredibly thorough and efficient in his cleaning, but he also takes the time to make sure we are comfortable and have everything we need during our stay. The room is always spotless and organized, making it the perfect environment to focus and be productive. We are grateful to have such a dedicated and attentive housekeeper like Hairul taking care of us. Thank you for all that you do!

The overall of hospitality is above the average. The staff of reception always smile and helpful. Juda is one of room boy who is agile and fast to clean up the room. Impressive. I hope to have more opportunities to enjoy this hotel. And explore more about the diversity of culture, food, and beach at Bangka Island or Pangkal Pinang City.

The breakfast selection was exceptional with a variety of local delicacies as well as foods from around the world.
The staff were helpful enough to allow us to check in early when he arrived an hour prior to our check in time.

Great 4 star hotel, modern and well looked after building. Staff were friendly and super helpful. Mr Setiadi and his team catered for our request and was very welcoming. Room clean and had modern decor. Breakfast had great selection of Food and very tasty. Definitely would come back to stay at Novotel next time we are in Bangka.
