Disappointing overpriced rate per room.
Pros:

Location was not to bad from some tourist sites, room service the 1st night was reasonably priced.

Cons:

The room cooling system didn’t work, mentioned to staff said they will get it fixed but didn’t happen. Saw in the morning a lot of rooms had the windows open so seemed like a general issue. No coffee/ tea in the rooms and for a 4⭐️ would have thought that would standard. Not even free water as per norm in other hotels we have stayed before that was the same rating. Overall disappointed and the rate per night not worth it.

Cons:

They couldnt find my initial reservation made directly with the hotel months prior...then when i booked the room through booking.com so we could stay with family, they would only honor the room through booking.com not the one made on their website. so we had to go to another hotel to get two rooms at the same hotel. I am stil waiting for a refund which the hotel said booking.com has the final say to issue the refund

Curso de formación en Madrid
Pros:

Siempre que vamos a Madrid nos alojamos en este Hotel por su ubicación al recinto donde vamos y por su disponibilidad de parking

Cons:

Este año nos hemos llevado la sorpresa de que el parking del hotel funciona como un parking público y no siendo nada económica la tarifa, recomendaría que se aplique una tarifa especial a los huéspedes, como si ocurre en otros hoteles con este mismo funcionamiento; para vehículos de grandes dimensiones como es mi caso, por muy bien que centres el coche, como te aparquen otro coche al lado ya no puedes abrir la puerta para subir o bajar, pero principalmente y lo que sí me gustaría para mí y otros huéspedes es que ya que te alojas en el hotel el precio sea algo razonable y no pagar por día cerca de 40€

Un hotel de conveniencia correcto
Pros:

Lo que se espera de un NH. Las camas cómodas y todo limpio.

Cons:

Poca atención a detalles, suelo astillado en una parte de la habitación, la leche del café de cortesía caducada.
