La tranquilidad de las habitaciones, y los espacios en general bastante cuidados
Hice 2 reservas de habitación, en la que me alojé yo con mi pareja y mi hijo pequeño (617) nada más entrar por la puerta nos dio un olor a tabaco muy fuerte. No entiendo como un espacio sin humos en teoría puede oler como si hubieran estado fumando toda la noche, que hasta la ropa se nos quedó pegado el olor.
No nos intentamos cambiar porque el hotel estaba lleno y nuestra habitación tenía una cama supletoria que otras no estaban así preparadas, pero fue bastante desagradable por esa parte.
Ubicación excelente con fácil acceso a los transportes para moverse con facilidad por Madrid.

El desayuno está muy bien. Es muy completo.
La ubicación perfecta para lo que queríamos, ademas aparcamos justo en la puerta. No se si tuvimos suerte o es lo habitual.
La cama hipergrande y muy cómoda.
Lo que menos me gustó es que uno de los ascensores no funcionaba. Esa sensación de entrar en un ascensor, que cierre las puertas y no haga nada es desagradable. Pero supongo que será un fallo puntual.
