Sirma Sultan Hotel Istanbul

The hotel service is fabulous, the rooms are a little old, but the service makes up for it. Breakfast is great. good cheep food in the neighborhood and Turkish Delight around the corner.

Hotelli ei vastannut odotuksiamme. Seinät olivar pahviä, joten kaikki äänet kuuluivat erittäin selkeästi. Työntekijät eivät ymmärtäneet, että melussa ei voi nukkua. Vessan oven saranatkin irti paikoiltaan. Karvat lavuaarissa antoi lopullisen niitin yhteen tähteen.

This is the second time we book at sirma sultan, mr. Roberto is an amazing gentleman! He goes out of his way to advise us where to go and how plus if we need anything he's always helping us! The breakfast was really good and tasty plus the view at terrace was very nice! We definitely will stay at sirma sultan everytime we visit Istanbul. Thank you mr. Roberto from Lebanon!

Godt hotel god beliggenhed i roligt kvarter tæt på de historiske steder.
Servicemindet personale i receptionen samt rengøringspersonale.
Morgemadsbuffeten kunne godt have brugt en stjerne mere , lidt mere opmærksomhed på at der kan mangle bestik at osten er sluppet op osv.
Tagterassen desværre lukket af efter middag også et minus.

Die Lage ist super zentral. Die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten (bis auf eine Dame an der Rezeption und im Service beim Frühstück) lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Badezimmer hatten nicht einmal für "südländische" Verhältnisse ein annehmbares Niveau. - und ich bin schon gut rumgekommen!
Wir haben vorher - wie verlangt - per Kreditkarte bezahlt und wurden dann zur nochmaligen Zahlung vor Ort aufgefordert, da das Geld angeblich nicht angekommen ist. Unsere Belege sagen aber was anderes.
Augenblicklich läuft eine Beschwerde und der Versuch der Rückholung durch EXPEDIA.
Es macht also Sinn hier Kreditkartenabrechnungen als Beleg mitzuführen.
Das Frühstück war dem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis angemessen und auf das Dachterrasse war es auch sehr angenehm. Alles in allem würde ich das Hotel keinem Freund empfehlen!

Hotellrommet er forferdelig. Rommet som jeg fått er veldig kald varmeapparat virker ikke, skitten og lukter vondt.

Las habitaciones de la planta baja son las peores, sobre todo por el ruído y la limpieza es escasa. Lo mejor de este hotel es el desayuno y la atención del jefe, Roberto, sin embargo el otro trabajador de la recepción es bastante desagradable. Relación calidad-precio buena y la situación bien, en la zona vieja pero abajo de todo

As we arrived at the hotel, we found out that the we had a toilet problem in our room. The water keep running after we flushed. After we complained the water was stop from running but in the other way we can't use the toilet again because there was no water to be flushed. And the woman at the bfast room seems unhappy doing her job.

Good clean hotel. Some confusion about whether we had pre-paid for the room but that could have been a fault of Expedia.com with whom we booked the hotel. It was very close to the Little Aya Sophia Mosque & the major tourist sites of the city.

Odalar temiz düzennli kahvaltısı terası çok güzel

l’accueille et le service étaient excellant durant tous le séjour ;l’hôtel se trouvant a deux pas des lieux de tourisme les plus important de la ville a savoir la mosquée bleu ;l’hippodrome de Constantinople;Hagia Sophia, palais de topkapi... bref j'y retournerais bien volontiers dans la saison estivale ...

Отель выбирали быстро и по принципу "дешево и близко к центру" (ездили на выходные). С выбором не прогадали: отель чистый, уютный, идеальный для ночлега - ничего лишнего. Номер чистый и симпатичный,в турецком стиле. порадовало также, что завтрак включён в стоимость номера. Завтрак, конечно,простенький (свежий хлеб, сыры, оливки, яйца и т.д.), но в самой столовой очень даже атмосферно! Можно завтракать на открытой террасе, смотреть на пролетающих чаек и милые крыши соседних домиков. Все самые интересные места в пешей доступности от отеля. Единственный минус: мы долго не могли его найти самостоятельно, он не совсем верно показан на карте. Добрые люди помогли) также можно добраться от метро или аэропорта на такси.

메인 관광지역이어서인지 요금이 저렴한 것도 아니었는데... 상태는 실망이었어요.

특히 화장실 냄새가 이상했어요..

I booked through Expedia and was told that the cost of the hotel would be taken off my credit card a few days before my departure. On arrival at the hotel, I was asked to pay for my stay in advance. This caused me trouble as I had to use my spending money cash for payment. I also asked if I could check out late on my last day due to an evening return flight. I had this request written on my booking. On my last day I was asked to check out at 12 noon and I hadtoshow them my booking with the request before they let me check out later.

The owner is never around and the level of English spoken is poor.

There was a constant smell in the bathroom and some of the fixtures and fittings were broken. The lighting was very poor both in the room and reception area.

The WIFI has connectivity problems!

AC was not working, Mosquitoes bit us, Only one power plug in the room, High rates vis-a-vis Poor Quality Service & False Promises provided by the hotel. When we asked the hotel management to rectify the faults, they asked us to Keep Smiling instead.

La zona è comoda perché in 5 minuti si raggiunge il centro di Istanbul ma la zona è da bassifondi con una discarica vicino. La camera era pulita ma nel bagno l'acqua del wc scorreva ininterrottamente(era un problema prender sonno ) e nonostante la segnalazione l'inconveniente in tre gg. di permanenza non è stato rimediato.
La connessione Internet ,garantita in tutte le stanze ,di fatto ,funzionava solo nel corridoio!

102 nolu odada banyodaki cam duş muhafazası tek parça. Su tüm banyoya saçılıyor. Oda havasız. Ancak temiz bir oda ve temiz bir yatak vardı. Kahvaltı da yeterliydi.
