The rooftop terrace is open all year round. The rooftop terrace bar is open from 18:45 to 23:15 during the months of June, July and August.

Pros:

Great location. Staff, especially breakfast staff were very welcoming.

Prima verzorgde uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Madrid
Pros:

Kamer + badkamer: Een mooie, ruime en nette kamer met badkamer. Dagelijks goede poets en vers badlinnen. De badkamer was voorzien van een ruime lavabo, een bad met douchekop en -scherm en een toilet. De badkamer is ruim, voorzien van alle benodigdheden en proper.

Personeel: Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. Er is veel personeel aanwezig, je kan dus steeds bij hen terecht met je vragen.

Locatie: goed gelegen, op 10 minuten wandelen bereik je straten en pleinen met heel wat eet- en drinkgelegenheden en toeristische bezienswaardigheden. De Gran Via ligt ongeveer op 20 minuten wandelen van het hotel. De dichtsbijzijnde halte voor de Madrid City Tour ligt ook op 10 minuutjes wandelen van het hotel.

Ontbijt: we namen 's ochtends ook ontbijt in het hotel. Een echte aanrader want het ontbijtbuffet is erg uitgebreid en gevarieerd. Je vindt er o.a. een variatie aan broodsoorten, lokale vleeswaren en kaas, zoet broodbeleg (verschillende confituren, choco en honing recht van de raat), een groot aanbod aan vers fruit en groenten en ontbijtgranen, enkele soorten koffiekoekjes, verschillende warme eierbereidingen en vlees (bv. worstjes en spek). Daarnaast is er ook aanbod voorzien voor wie geen gluten kan eten. Je kan er zowel warme dranken nuttigen (kwalitatieve koffie en thee, chocolademelk) als koude dranken (water, diverse fruitsappen, cava, frisdrank). Absoluut een aanrader.

Cons:

Hoewel we nagenoeg geen geluid hadden van de straat of stad, hoorde je af en toe wel lawaai van de gang en aanpalende kamers (dit ging dan eerder wel om rolgeluiden en slaande deuren). Voor ons was dit niet storend maar wanneer je een slechte slaper bent, kan dit mogelijk wel invloed hebben.

Für diesen Preis lohnt es sich nicht in diesem Hotel zu schlafen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut gelegen im Zentrum Madrids.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirbt mit Außenpool im 5. Stock obwohl dieser bei 27 Grad geschlossen war und zudem mit einem Spa-Bereich welchen man extra reservieren und bezahlen muss, nur um dann herauszufinden, dass wir diesen kleinen Bereich nicht für uns allein hatten sondern noch andere Reservierungen zur selben Zeit stattfanden.

Loved the comfortable room, DELICIOUS hotel breakfast, and central location! Very comfortable room & perfect for a single night.

Cons:

I wish the pool was open, it was closed when I went. :( also you need to book the spa in advance, which I didnt know.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cet hôtel. La chambre famille était très calme. L’établissement est idéalement situé. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, qui était vraiment génial !
