A localização é excelente, a apenas 5 minutos de carro do centro histórico de Assis. Nosso maior elogio vai para a proprietária do estabelecimento, uma senhora extremamente simpática com um acolhedor "jeito de vó" que traz muito aconchego à estadia. O café da manhã foi maravilhoso, repleto de opções de bolos, salgados e bebidas, e ela esteve sempre à disposição para preparar mais café fresco ou atender a qualquer necessidade.

La stanza era un po' datata, ma comoda e accogliente, con una poltrona, una scrivania e una panca dove appoggiare le valigie. Essendo a piano terra molto comoda da raggiungere

Innanzitutto, l'anima di questo posto è il suo proprietario Giancarlo. E' un ragazzo molto simpatico e appassionato di suo lavoro. Ci è raccontato la storia del posto, ci è dato delle ottime dritte su cosa visitare, come arrivarci ecc. La stanza aveva tutto l'occorrente e la colazione dentro una suggestiva grotta era buona. La basilica di San Francesco dista solo 15 minuti a piedi su una strada pedonale. .Il parcheggio del hotel è incluso nel prezzo. Una rarità assoluta ad Assisi dove la maggior parte degli hotel non ha il parcheggio oppure quelli lo hanno sono troppo lontano dal centro per poterlo raggiungere a piedi.
