La proximité de la ville.
La gentillesse du personnel qui nous a fait choisir à quel étage nous souhaitions être et nous a conseillé une très bonne pizzeria.

buona posizione, tranquilla a valle di Assisi , ma a soli mt 700 dalla Basilica ; ampio parcheggio ; ottimo ristorante in adiacenza alla struttura.

Cons:

scarsa insonorizzazione, si sente lo scorrere dell'acqua nelle tubazioni delle altre stanze.

Esperienza da ripetere in caso di ritorno in Assisi.
Pros:

Ottima posizione per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Assisi, anche se bisogna percorrere 600/800 metri in pendenza. Possibilità di parcheggio anche tutta la giornata successiva al check-out. Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Pulizia della stanza, che, nonostante la vicinanza alla strada, è abbastanza silenziosa e ben insonorizzata. In poche parole: ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Cons:

Posizione sul bordo di una strada provinciale molto trafficata di giorno, ma abbastanza tranquilla di notte.

La posizione, la biancheria, la gentilezza dello staff.

Cons:

Il materasso basso e durissimo, i cuscini bassi e duri, la camera piccola, la colazione basica e quasi solo dolce, solo pane a fette, da migliorare almeno per quanto riguarda il salato. Acqua fredda già dalla sera fino ad almeno il mattino alle 6 passate.

Posizione strategica per lasciare l'auto e girare a piedi ad Assisi. Struttura semplice ma accogliente.
