Esperienza pessima! Al nostro arrivo dopo la registrazione ci chiedono 2000 bhat di cauzione, chiarisco che su booking avevo letto che la cauzione era di 1000 bhat così mi vengono restituiti i 1000 in eccesso. La camera era fatiscente, durante la settimana in cui ho soggiornato non è mai stato pulito il bagno e il pavimento. Luce scarsa, quando è finito il sapone non ci è stato più dato. Il cuscino del letto era sporco con evidenti macchie di sudore di precedenti ospiti. Lenzuola bucate e macchiate. Pavimenti con mattonelle rotte con il rischio di tagliarti i piedi. Gli Asciugamani da doccia dovevamo appoggiarli sul pavimento per farceli cambiare (altrimenti non li sostituivano) ed era sfilacciati e bucati con macchie. L'acqua che trovavamo nel frigo era di 1 bicchiere a testa al giorno. Dalla finestra della camera la vista era pessima, si vedeva una grata e le camere l'hotel di fronte, abbassando lo sguardo una tettoia con sopra sporcizia varia indice che non era mai stata pulita. La più brutta esperienza della mia vita

Pros:

La localisation est le seul point fort de cet établissement

Cons:

L’établissement n’est pas entretenu ni les espaces communs ni la chambre, sans parler de la chasse d’eau qui ne fonctionne pas.

Cons:

Rummen mot gatan är fruktansvärt bullriga pga hård trafik på genomfartsgatan utanför. Även på översta våningen stör det rejält.

Mysigt ställe i hjärtat av Kata beach
Pros:

Trivdes väldigt bra. Jättesnöll personal som kan vara vädigt flexibla. Ligger i nörheten av mpnga bra resturanger och den fina stranden. Tyvärr blev jag magsjuk på resan och fick spendera mycket tid mellan toalett och säng.

The staff is very enthusiastic. The room is relatively spacious and has a balcony. The geographical location is not near the main street, and it is relatively not so noisy.

Cons:

The facilities are old, especially the shower. It is difficult to control at a stable temperature. The water is either too cold or too hot. The window of the bathroom can't be completely closed, and it affects rest when the wind is good. There is no light at the top of the room, and it is a little dark at night.
