Entrance was blocked by a largr group and made it difficult for senior citizens to get through ... the steps at the entrance were poorly lit

Great people and great service. The rooms and overall facility is very well maintained and is an excellent value for money. On site restaurants and bar is pretty good too. Would certainly recommend and stay here in the future.

Tv not working properly.sink in bathroom not draining well.
Shower water not hot .

Excellent dining and great breakfast buffet. They have a jazz lounge with bad music.

Breakfast area had a cockroach. Please ensure cleanliness is maintained.

We stayed here from the 25-27 Oct and will say will book again if we do come to MAngalore. The breakfast at Jazz was amazing and the location was perfect for us. Close to the City Centre Mall and a minute away from one of the busiest restaurants we have visited called Machli( fish… yes fresh seafood). The managers made our stay very comfortable always asking if we needed anything. We did visit the Spa my wife loved the mani/pedi.

My only complaint was the air cons, during my last visit the aircon in the room was not functioning, during my recent visit I faced the same problem, very disappointing.

The staff provided a very warm greeting on arrival, and check-in was very efficient. I was surprised at the large size of the room, and had a lovely view out to the sea in the distance. The restaurants were excellent too. Arriving on a Sunday at lunchtime meant that the restaurant was full, but they were happy to serve me in the Jazz Bar next door to the restaurant.
Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and will definitley return.

Hotel was overbooked. Rooms were not available at check in. Rooms were cleaned in a hurry , ashtrays not emptied, inadequate number of towels delivered.

Property is located in heart of the city. Good proximity to shops etc
Staff generally pleasant helpful but don’t think about going the extra step about making guests their priority

Visited India for a wedding. What a great experience. Hotel was exceptionally good as I expected less but got more. Rooms were very clean. Bed was a bit on the hard side. Room 608 did not have a good view as it overlooked a big Pylon, so curtains were never opened. Breakfast was good for the first few mornings, but it was the same things every morning, became repetertive. Hotel staff were very pleasant. Restaurants were good, got really busy at times as it catered for both hotel guests and outside customers. Room service is available, and a mini bar is supplied in the rooms. Plenty of complimentary bottled water is also supplied in the rooms. Hotel has a taxi service, but Tuk Tuk are cheaper. Thomas cook currency exchange is across the road, if you can get across the road safely. Location of hotel is in a very busy part of Mangalore. chocolate mouse cake is to die for.
