Lovely hotel
Pros:

Arco is a lovely town although not on the lake. The room was spacious and very comfortable with a nice view. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The room was too hot.

Très bel hôtel, bien situé en centre ville. Superbe SPA gratuit. Très bon petit déjeuner. Chambres agréable.

Cons:

Peut-être un peu bruyant car situé près de la route principale surtout si la chambre donne sur la rue, coté cour, les chambres sont plus calmes

Valutazione molto positiva: è la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel e devo dire che siamo più che soddisfatti!! Posizione centrale, parcheggio gratuito, zona wellness a disposizione dei clienti. Abbiamo soggiornato in molte strutture e a nostro avviso questo albergo offre una colazione superlativa: vastissimo buffet con prodotti freschi e per tutti i palati anche per una colazione superfood!! La camera nuovissima luminosa con una grande sala da bagno con doccia a terra immensa!!! Pulizia al top. Personale gentile e disponibile. Avevamo prenotato due massaggi rilassanti: complimenti alle ragazze del wellness!

Das Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, hat auf alle Fragen geduldig geantwortet. Ich hatte ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer mit Blick auf das Schloss von Arco. Als kostenloses upgrade gab es ein Doppelzimmer zum Preis eines Einzelzimmers. Genießen kann man eine türkische und ein finnische Saune, mehrere Liegen und eine Schaukel, ebenso ein Solebad. Fürs Schwimmbad draußen war es noch zu kalt.
Das reichhaltige Frühstück hat für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Preis - Leistung ist sehr gut. Gern komme ich wieder

Pros:

Ho trascorso un soggiorno eccellente al Palace Hotel Città. La camera si è rivelata spaziosa, silenziosa e curata in ogni dettaglio, con una pulizia davvero impeccabile. Il letto è estremamente comodo, garantendo un riposo di qualità.
Nota di merito per la prima colazione, davvero ottima e varia e per tutto il personale in particolare Elly, professionisti, gentili, preparati e sempre disponibili. Un’esperienza assolutamente positiva che consiglio vivamente a chiunque visiti Arco.

Pros:

Ganz toller Aufenthalt! Man konnte sich gratis fahrräder leihen, die auch sehr gut waren und damit zum Gardasee fahren (ca 20min). Zimmer groß und komfortabel. Frühstück war super - sehr gute Auswahl und das Rührei war sogar komplett aus Ei und nicht wie üblich in Hotels aus dem Tetrapack. Parkplatz kostenlos, personal sehr freundlich. Rundum zufrieden. Wellnessbereich war unfassbar gut!! Gym sehr modern.

Cons:

Man könnte aller höchstens die Einrichtung mal modernisieren aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau.
Im gym könnte man noch einen Kabelzug einbauen.
