Ich habe mich im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt und mich gut erholt!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr schönes neu renoviertes Zimmer, Ausblick auf die Berge, schöner Radweg in der Nähe am herrlichen Heiligen Fluss entlang bis Riva del Garda, 5 Km! Schöne Altstadt in der Nähe!

Wunderbares Hotel mit tollem Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht und die Busse fahren direkt ums Eck (z.B. nach Riva). Parkplatz am Hotel vorhanden, aber ebenso eine Tiefgarage. Das Personal hat alles verstanden und war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mehr als ausreichend und lecker, für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei und richtigen Cappuccino gab es auch auf Anfrage. Wir hatten das Abendessen gebucht und konnten es am Abend vorher für den nächsten Tag vorbestellen. Das Essen wurde extrem schnell zum Tisch gebracht. Man konnte sich einen Salat nehmen und dann aus 4 Vorspeisen und 4 Hauptgerichten sehr leckere Speisen auswählen. Es war immer für alle etwas dabei und die wechselnden Desserts waren super. Sollte es mal nicht ausreichen, konnte man noch Nachschlag bestellen. Das Zimmer im 4. Stock war sehr geräumig und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Es war sehr komfortabel und modern. Der Poolbereich war ausreichend groß, es gibt WCs und Duschen und man kann sich Getränke oder Snacks zum Pool bestellen. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Gerne wieder!

Great location, nice pool area!
Pros:

Amazing location, nice pool area and friendly staff. The room was good, and it was clean, although maybe a bit outdated. I didn't use the spa (apart from at disappointing massage), but the location is very convenient as you take the elevator from your floor straight into the spa.

Cons:

Breakfast was pretty boring. They had a huge selection of sweet items, cakes, croissants etc., and mostly white bread. I found some darker bread rolls some days, and every day they had the same boiled eggs and the same scrambled eggs. For vegan options, they only had cereal with a choice of three different types of plant milk.
I had a massage in the spa on my last day and it was a hugely disappointing experience. According to the receptionist, the massage therapist was new.. From what I experienced, she shouldn't be treating paying clients (€120) and she was basically just rubbing massage oil on me for 50 minutes - my muscles didn't even notice her presence 😆. I asked her to add more pressure, bus she said firmly no. That being said, the receptionist handled it well, apologized and gave me a 50% discount.

Esperienza più che positiva, la struttura è in una posizione centrale, noi abbiamo optato per il trattamento mezza pensi
Pros:

La posizione, la colazione super completa, la gentilezza dello staff, il ristorante davvero ottimo. Piscina grande e pulita. Ma soprattutto nessun supplemento se viaggi con un cane.

Il letto non era comodo e nel bagno c’era puzza di acqua di scarico

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption

Cons:

Unser Superior Zimmer hatte eigentlich einen schönen Ausblick auf die Burg, leider aber auch auf die überquellenden Mülltonnen.
Zudem war die Lüftung die Küche direkt gegenüber, sodass wir teilweise den Balkon wegen der Gerüche und Geräusche nicht nutzen wollten. Nachts hat man zudem.extrem die Lüftung der Klimaanlage (?) Im Innenhof gehört.
Positiv: auf unsere Beschwerde wurde uns ein Zimmertausch angeboten.
