Pros:

La qualité des portes de chambres est déplorable pour un hôtel, manque d’étanchéité à la lumière aux bruits avec des serrures à clés extrêmement bruyantes

Hotel is ok, staff need some training
Pros:

The hotel is fine. Breakfast is standard, and the room is clean and sufficiently spacious for two people.

Cons:

At check-in, a younger gentleman was very kind to us. He noticed that we had two separate single beds and therefore offered to adjust the room for us. This was not a problem for us, as unfortunately this was the only option available when booking.
Next to the friendly gentleman was an older man who kept whispering things to him in Italian, seemingly hoping we would not understand. However, my wife understood everything. In short, it was not nice and very unprofessional, and it made us feel a bit unwelcome. In the end, it was nothing serious, but this is simply not something one should do.

Buona posizione a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e a pochi passi sall'Ospedale s.Orsola. . Possibilità di parcheggio privato e chiuso da una sbarra. Non avevamo prenotato, fortunatamente c'era posto. Personale molto cortese. Buona prima colazione. Camera pulita e funzionale.

Cons:

Aspiratore del bagno cieco molto rumoroso. Essendo in tre ad utilizzare il bagno in vari momenti della notte e del mattino risulta un pochino fastidioso. La camera era un pochino troppo calda per me, abituata a temperature inferiori ai 18 gradi. Essendo affacciata sulla strada, aprendo la porta finestra entrava troppo rumore.

good place to stay to see Bologna at a decent price
Pros:

breakfast was good, facilities were clean, walkable to all the major sights

Cons:

room faced street was very noisy, lots of sirens from emergency vehicles (think it's a medical facility across the street)
