De kamer was prima in orde

Personnel peu accueillant à la réception, dégradation chambre et spa
Slaapkamer was mooi en de mogelijkheid tot welness en gratis koffie , water en thee was mooi meegenomen.
De dochter was met haar been tegen de bak van de sauna gekomen en hierdoor goed verbrand.
Er was geen apotheek in de buurt dat open was. En in het hotel was er niets voor te verzorgen , hierdoor hebben we na een paar uur maar uitgecheckt en zijn we naar huis gegaan.

Familiekamer zonder airco, niet te doen met kinderen.. Zo warm, een mobiele airco waardoor de raam moest blijven open staan, deed niets af en maakte enorm veel lawaai! Hele verouderde kamer met een wc bril die ook stuk was.
De geur en properheid rond het zwembad, echt vies. Enkel het ontbijt en de ligging is een aanrader
Breakfast was very tasty and service very professional.
We couldn't sleep because the pillows were terrible. The room was nice but not clean enough, in my opinion. Place where we can drink coffee in the lobby was nice but without airco.and coffee machine was broken almost every day. We never get ice cream. It was in the offer for everybody from 17-21, but they didn't service it because they didn't have enough people. It was the official answer. Swimming pool stinks and sauna is small.max 3 people.
