Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Eliseo, with a perfect location near the Sanctuary and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, the food was excellent, and the staff’s kindness and attentiveness made us feel truly at home. We would happily return.

Cons:

We suggest having consumable slippers for the guests and a fixed-to-floor bedit.

L'emplacement est idéal : 2 minutes à pieds (voire moins) du sanctuaire
Le garage au top : j'ai réservé un emplacement dans le parking privé (20€) .
La chambre parfaite : spacieuse, très calme , propre, confortable
Le personnel : accueillant, agréable, à l'écoute et attentionné
Le restaurant : petit déjeuner très bon, très complet et copieux . Le restaurant est ouvert le soir aussi.
Le Monsieur qui s'en occupe est au top !

-ruhige Zimmer wie gewünscht
-freundliches Personal

Cons:

-für Nebensaison teuer
-Preis-Leistung passt nicht ganz: recht teuer, aber bietet nicht das, was den hohen Preis rechtfertigen könnte. Viele Kleinigkeiten passen nicht: Abfluss / Waschbecken gurgelt laut, wenn Nachbarzimmer Wasser verbraucht, keine Minibar bzw. Kühlschrank im Zimmer, etc
-Parkgebühr mit 16 Euro pro Tag hoch, dafür dass man hinter dem Hotel im freien auf Anhöhe parkt. Alternativ 20 Euro pro Tag für Garagenplatz - ebenfalls hoch.

Cons:

Nosso quarto, 1032, era no último andar e ao lado da casa das máquinas dos elevadores cujo funcionamento nos infernizou ininterruptamente.
A calefação não funcionava, fazia frio, e surpreendi quando, ao reclamar e pedir ajuda, verifiquei que o próprio recepcionista a controlava e a acionou... De manhã, a calefação já não funcionava, de vez.
Ao fazer o check-in, a recepcionista me perguntou sobre a estadia e, quando relatei tudo o que escrevi aciima, em francês, notei um certo esforço por parte dela fingindo surpresa.
