Hotel que não repetirei, decididamente.

Cons:

Nosso quarto, 1032, era no último andar e ao lado da casa das máquinas dos elevadores cujo funcionamento nos infernizou ininterruptamente.
A calefação não funcionava, fazia frio, e surpreendi quando, ao reclamar e pedir ajuda, verifiquei que o próprio recepcionista a controlava e a acionou... De manhã, a calefação já não funcionava, de vez.
Ao fazer o check-in, a recepcionista me perguntou sobre a estadia e, quando relatei tudo o que escrevi aciima, em francês, notei um certo esforço por parte dela fingindo surpresa.

Did the trick. Hotel rooms in Lourdes all the same.
Pros:

Location great and had parking.

Cons:

Don’t like it when clearing staff walk into your room before the 12 noon check out. It’s your room until you check out at 12.
No proper tea making facilities. Paper cups one tea bag, one proper coffee sachet. 😢

Very good location. Near the Basilica and Grotto. Near restaurants. If we need ice, we can request from front desk.

Cons:

Providing a small fridge, access to tap water to drink. Not the hotels fault but they can recommend transportation to guests coming in for a reasonable fee since uber is not available and taxi kind of hard to get. Maybe an fyi to guests
