Hotel and room are clean and spacious. Breakfast, lunch and dinner available in the hotel. It is a short walk to the Grotto.
The atoulet has a separate room. Which is fine. But there is no sink which makes it a little inconvenient. You have to go to the Bathroom to use the sink. I just hope the cleaning department has a very good sanitation protocol.

Jana on reception is exceptional at her job. She was so helpful from the moment we checked in, a warm welcome and made our stay so enjoyable. It was a pleasure to see her on the desk every day. 😊
That I didn’t stay longer! Mushrooms and tomatoes with the hot buffet would be a good addition.

The hotel is a short walk from the Sanctuary of Lourdes. It is extremely practical and feels safe even at night.
There are multiple restaurants and shops just at the entrance of the hotel.
The staff are wonderful. Kudos to the Manager Françoise for her professionalism, warmth and customer centricity. Thanks also to Andrew and Brigitte, who displayed amazing customer service and were accommodating for a pilgrim who came from very afar to do a pilgrimage to Lourdes. Many thanks for having played a part in making my pilgrimage to Lourdes an impressive experience.
There is not much to not like.
The only improvement in the room would be a mini fridge.
Otherwise, the room has all the necessities.
