Lindo hotel, buena ubicación
Pros:

Excelente la habitación, a pocos metros de la Basílica de Lourdes,muy amables el personal, sobre todo el chico Dominicano que estaba en la recepción y atendía el bar

Cons:

Estando en mi habitación mucho antes del check out 6/6/2026 abrieron la puerta para limpiar la habitación sin golpear la puerta, mal !!!

Pros:

Zimmer hatte Ausblick über die Stadt und zur Burg. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Parkplätze sind gegen Gebühr in der Tiefgarage vorhanden. Haben vorher reserviert.

Cons:

Erst Zimmer hinter dem Lift bekommen, der zu hören war. Nach Bitte um Wechsel ein Zimmer an einer Lüftungsanlage bekommen. Leider hat das Zimmer über die Toilette nach Küche gerochen. Und die Abluftanlage sprang alle paar Stunden für einen langen Zeitraum an. Betten waren sehr hart und unbequem. Hotel sehr laut. Liegt aber an den Gästen. Frühstück war sehr einfach aber es gab guten Kaffee.

Very close to the Sanctuary of our Lady of Lourdes. Super clean. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Basement parking available for a fee. We booked a double room and it was perfect : spacious, comfortable bed and beddings, extra pillows available. Though our room was next to the elevator, we did not hear any noise. We were on 10th floor, beautiful view. Highly recommended.

Personal amabilisimo , se esfuerzan para ayudar con tanto idioma diferente . Especialmente Severine y otra señora de recepcion de cabello negro y largo , que me consiguio un taxi compartido dado el gran trafico . Excelente ubicacion . Pieza y limpieza inmejorable

Das Hotel liehst sehr zentral zu den heiligen Stätten. Das Personal sehr freundlich, gutes Frühstück und ypsrkplatz beim Hotel vorhanden.
