Avoid rooms at the front of the hotel
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location if you're in Lourdes to visit the most well-known tourist attractions. The reception area was clean, bright, fairly modern and the staff were friendly. I was very pleased to be able to park my motorcycle securely in the underground car park.

Cons:

My room was on the 4th floor at the front of the hotel and has other tall buildings directly opposite. The result of this was that every sound made in the street below was amplified day and night. The windows offered almost no sound insulation. In addition to this, during the hours of darkness, the front of the hotel is lit-up. Unfortunately, this meant that light flooded into my room throughout the night as the curtains didn't block it out. As such, I struggled to get any sleep.

Loved everything about this hotel. A 3 minute walk to Lourdes!
Pros:

The hotel was conveniently located close to Lourdes Sanctuary. It was a 3 minute walk. No covered parking left but the outside parking lot had access to the hotel. Staff was extremely kind and helpful.

Bendita estadía en Lourdes!
Pros:

Excelente ubicación a pasos del Santuario. Desayuno muy bien servido....Habitaciones con excelentes camas y baños.
Personal de recepción con muy buena voluntad para recibirte.
