Great stay as always, staff are friendly, rooms are cleans, food is nice

Hard beds and no gym

Friendly staff, room spaciuos but need a good clean as stains on carpets some of the lights did not work.
Now the bar and grill is closed not a great choice in food selection.

Quiet, secluded located in the forest. If you’re looking for relaxation this place is for you.

It is a resort, a bit remote from traffic and city but quiet, with good restaurant, saunas and a pool, a bit short, but still. Good room and huge TV. Which didn't work. This brings me to the service. While service people at the restaurant are excellent, the front desk seem to be trained to say the right thing, "thank you" and so on but, for example, when I reported that TV did not work, they pass the ball and do not follow up. As a result it took 24 hours to restore the service. Of course they blamed the supplier of the media rather than their lack of attention to the issue. But the most ennoying thing was a design of the whole complex, especially the entrance. You have to go up the stairs with your luggage.If you travel light it is OK, but you travel heavier, you then have to ask the front desk to use the outside lift. It is hilarious contraption, making a lot of noise and taking literally minutes to come up no more than 2 meters. Overall, I would stay again but watch my steps as I spilled on the floor carrying things from shopping.

Very nice modern facility with wonderful staff. All of my meals at the restaurant were really nice and great value.

Nice hotel in middle of nowhere but close enough to Mielec

Beautiful, modern hotel in the forest location.

We stayed for three nights and found the hotel a really relaxing place to stay. The pool Jacuzzi and sauna were great. Beautifully clean and maintained. Outside is also beautiful having an adventure course and playground. There are also lovely walks in great surroundings. Although we only ate breakfast in the hotel(which was lovely) the menu for dinner looked lovely and very reasonably priced.

located in a very quiet area, so great if that is what you have in mind. nothing else in the immediate surroundings. very friendly staff. 1 1/2 hour from Krakow airport.

Room and meals excellent - much better than I was expecting from my last visit to Mielec. Hotel was modern and facilities first class. It was a little way out of town but this is no problem if you have a car. Restaurant was good as was breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Maybe a little rigid (could not get a (soft) drink from the bar which was staffed because they did not open until 12)

Stylish hotel kind of out of the way. Great service, very welcoming staff to us and our little dog. Beautiful grounds with tennis, playground, soccer field, pool, etc., in a very natural, quiet setting. Very nice breakfast. Big, beautiful room in a new resort hotel. We arrived after a big rain and the mosquitoes outside were in full force. Plenty of parking, breakfast in bed, helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't mind a bit of a drive to get to this off the beaten path location. Stay a little while - the grounds offer plenty of activities and there's a quaint little bar/convenience store just a short walk away that is adorable!

Friendly staff, good food, excellent facilities and modern top quality rooms and overall hotel appearance.

Only minor point is the flies that tend to be heavy in the area and tend to come into the hotel around the plants.
