Pros:

Un séjour très agréable. L'hôtel ANETO est parfait. Un bon rapport qualité prix. Le personnel est très sympa. Petit déjeuner copieux. Cuisine familiale mais de qualité.

J'ai passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. La chambre et la salle d'eau étaient très propres, même si les équipements ne sont pas tout récents.

Falta de respeto y seriedad frente a un contrato.
Pros:

Realicé mi reserva con dos meses de anticipación a mi estadía y cuando llegamos no había disponibilidad de habitaciones. Nos mandaron a otro hotel de menor categoría por el mismo precio, dónde las condiciones de alojamiento dejaban mucho que pensar.

The location was close to the Grotto and very convenient. The staff were very helpful and nice. The room was a pretty good size and comfy bed and clean everyday.

Pros:

All the staff was respectful and helpful. My room was neat and clean and the breakfast was good. They also helped me out to go to the Sanctuary for my PCR Test to get back to the USA. To all my Asian American friends, I’ll highly recommend this place.

The staff was helpful. They helped me figure out where to get a covid test for me to get back to the USA. They were helpful with everything. The breakfast was nice, the room was super neat... it had 2 balconies with a nice view. Price super accommodating....couldn't ask for more. I will miss Lourdes!!!

Iluminación bastante mala y la alcachofa de la ducha estropeada pero en general muy bien, muy bien ubicado, fácil aparcamiento y a una distancia perfecta del Santuario

Hotel propre et vieillot à prix canon .

Hotel propre et accueillant . Chambre et salle de bain petites . Personnel charmant . Tout est un peu vieillot . Comment l' hotel a t il obtenu trois étoiles ? Il est au niveau d' un deux étoiles . Les prix (chambre et petits déjeuners) sont imbattables . Ils sont tellement bas que je me suis senti obligé de refuser le geste du réceptionniste qui voulait me déduire de la facture le PV de stationnement pris devant l' hotel .
