When booked on the second floor there is a steep set of stairs to climb up with heavy luggage and there is no staff to help. Reception staff not very welcome or accommodating. Breakfast is minimal on disposable plates
Breakfast was one of the best we have experienced.
TV only had one or two free channels.
Breakfast was great ! Clean rooms, friendly and bilingual staff.
Pool does not open until noon. Please be mindful if you are staying with kids who want to get up and swim !

Rooms were very nice and modern. Breakfast was great.
I didn’t like having to take the luggage up the stairs. An elevator would have been nice . The hallway floor on the first level off the dining room by the stairs was not clean.

We came by ferry and where on our way to gaspe.
We had a very nice cottage next to the motel/hotel, which made our one-night stay very comfortable. This area has many accommodations and is usually used for an one night stop during roadtrips or to overnight for the ferry. The view from the cottage is a field of grass with a playground for small kids and a nice guarded pool. The fenced pool is next to the road. Our kids loved the pool. And we had a great evening walk in the park and waterfall nearby.
The accommodations had two nice bedrooms and a practical kitchen with dining area. There were also picnic tables outside. We could park the car next to the cottage. Nice stop for families who are making a roadtrip and needing some space for children to play.
Most of the accommodations in Rivière the loup are directly near the road, which makes it easy to reach and park but not nice to look at. There are no whale watching operators anymore in Rivière du loupe.

Location
Despite telling them that we are travelling with kids, they gave us rooms facing the parking. Whole night the street lamp light kept troubling us and due which we and ur kids weren’t able to sleep
