Gran hotel, volveremos
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel fue perfecta para nosotros, cerca de una zona de restaurantes y mucha actividad, sin embargo, no había ruido, fue muy placentera la estadía. Todo impecable, delicioso el Starbucks, el Dunkin Donuts y los desayunos buffet! También quedaba a 2 cuadras del metro, nunca tuvimos problemas de movilidad.

Estuvo perfecto, gracias por todo.

I stayed at this hotel for 21 days, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

The biggest issue was the constant noise. The hotel was full of extremely loud chinese guests who had no consideration for others, making noise at all hours. It was impossible to relax or get proper rest.

Cleanliness was also completely unacceptable. There were times when even the trash in my room was not taken out. Overall, the housekeeping standards were very poor and far below what you would expect from a hotel.

On top of that, there were continuous loud “banging” or “thumping” noises coming from somewhere in the building, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.

After 21 days, I can confidently say this was a terrible experience. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Friendly, great location, clean, five star accommodation
Pros:

Very clean, room is spacious, within walking distance to shops, cafes, trains and buses. The hotel staff are friendly and speak English well. They were helpful and orderedour taxi and kindly held our bags.

I would not hesitate to recommend to a friend for stay.
Pros:

The location was better than I expected. There was much to see and do in terms of entertainment like restaurants and cafes. Shopping was not too bad either. So, in summary we enjoyed the stay.

Not much.

Convenient and good choice
