I will not recommend the hotel to my networking.
Pros:

Breakfast is decent and staff were friendly.

Cons:

Reception staff were not so friendly.
First impression is so important for clients.
I came to the hotel at 12.10 p.m for check in and was informed I should pay extra charge for early check in, even though the hotel had many empty rooms. I had to pay 39000 won for 3 hour early check in. I do understand the hotel policy when all rooms occupied and it needs time for room preparation ( cleaning, ventilation and so on). However I noticed only few rooms were occupied and majority rooms were free.
Frequently visitors are important for long term.

Pros:

Spacious and comfortable room, very good breakfast. Close to subway station and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and I liked the mood of the restaurant on the second floor.

Cons:

Rooms on the west side have limited view by the adjacent office tower, but it is acceptable.

Comfortable but let us hangry
Pros:

Could not eat it as they could not accomdate our dietary requirements

Cons:

The hotel is aimed at wedding celebrations, and the food is aimed at accomodating large groups via buffet. The hotel could not provide us any vegan options. The pub closed early and could not muster up a plate of french fries, so we resorted to bar snacks and food and wine from a vending machine.

Camere pulite e spaziose
Buona posizione con una buona caffetteria al piano terra

Cons:

A cena e a colazione, per 4 giorni consecutivi , sempre le stesse cose.
Molto cibo asiatico, poca la selezione di cibo europeo/continentale.

Pros:

Гостиница очень понравилась! Завтрак просто замечательный: присутствуют блюда как местной кухни (кимчи, дамплинги и пр.), так и привычные каши, бекон, омлет. Везде очень чисто, персонал очень хорошо, чётко говорит по-английски, ответили на все мои вопросы доброжелательно, с улыбкой. В номере было очень много всего: полноценная ванна, фен, холодильник, большой телевизор. Прямо в здании находится магазин местной косметики (никуда не надо специально ездить!), рядом несколько магазинов, где можно что-то взять перекусить и небольшой переулок с кафешками. Прямо у отеля автобусная остановка маршрута 6004, на котором за 17000 вон можно доехать прямо до аэропорта! Можно и в разы дешевле на метро, но с пересадками от станции Guro digital complex, до которой всего 5 минут ходьбы.

Cons:

Ввиду того, что обед и ужин довольно дорогой, периодически брал что-то перекусить в магазине, но для большинства того, что там продаётся, нужна микроволновка, которой в номере очень не хватало. В моём номере ещё периодически моргал свет и даже от этого мог включиться или выключиться телевизор, что ночью довольно раздражало, но, обратившись к сотрудникам, меня без каких-либо доплат просто переселили в другой номер - так что, претензий нет!

enjoyable and recommending
Pros:

The breakfast was normal as it provides different cuisine to suit different needs.
As for the room is very clean and spacious, and the room i had with a water filter system that gives clean water.
The staff is very friendly and they are very helpful.
There are also a Starbuck just right beside the hotel

Cons:

The lift takes too long to arrive. and nothing else.
