They themself cancedded and bulk booki g done for other group.Horrible experience.

I did not like any.

Cons:

They did not give us a room. They gave the complete booking for marriage function people and they lied with us that there is n issue wuth Air condition. Finally, we struggled and booked in another hotel for our stay.
They are not trust worthy people. Infact, i did not get any call for the cancellation. Horrible experience with reception.

Bf is okay, they gave newspaper, thats it i think any positive

Cons:

No proper payment facility at the property. No cleanliness, power sockets are poorly maintained. Wifi is not secure. Lots of mosquitoes, tv remote did not work, bathroom drain not working. No iron box provided to press clothes, no shoe shiner, window lock system broken, bedsheets are not washed.

Loved the food. Breakfast was delicious. I loved the Mini dosa.
Staff were very warm and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean. Everything more than met my expectations. I will definitely stay here again if I visit India

Failure to Respond to Cancellation Refund Request
Pros:

We had reserved this property for a group of ten guests for a one-night stay on 25 December 2025, and an advance payment was made via bank transfer to secure the booking. However, after the advance was received, the front office team unilaterally changed the terms and conditions of use, which were not acceptable to our group.

As a result, we cancelled the booking by email. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, we have neither received any response from the property nor received a refund of the advance payment to date.

We work with multiple properties and have not previously experienced this type of conduct. This statement is shared solely to inform other travel agents and travellers who may consider booking this property.

We hold full evidence of the transaction and all related email correspondence and can provide these records to senior management of the property or relevant authorities upon request.

Shortages of staff. So it tooks much time for procceding for check in room. In the hotel hv Only one lift . Mostly staffs usig to carry the extra bed. So we we were waiting quite long time to get in to the room at 3rd floor.
