As piscinas são ótimas atendimento dos funcionários são ótimos.

Infelizmente, muitos maribondos na beira das piscinas, falta manutenção em todo hotel, vários pontos de foco com casa de marimbondo, (casa de comida japonesa )
A comida pode melhorar,
Café da manhã falta algumas coisas , como mais opção de bolo , croassat .
O processo de check pode ser melhorado.

Lindo hotel alejado del centro
Pros:

Muy lindo hotel/resort sobre todo para ir con niños, tienen muchas cosas para hacer ahi dentro. Muy linda pileta y salida a la playa de tucuns que es amplisima y no va mucha gente. Esta alejado del centro pero es lo que queriamos en esos dias.

No tan buena atención en el bar de la pileta

Local incrível em beleza, porém a gastronomia é péssima.

O hotel é super lindo! Beleza realmente é algo muito forte.
Piscinas e uma decoração incrível .

Cons:

Já é a segunda vez que vou, certamente devo voltar, porém eu vou pelo local mesmo. Se for para almoçar ou café precisa ser em outro lugar.
Ambiente de café é o caos , comidas super bagunçada , não tem nada que possamos entender que se trata de um café da manhã de um resort .

Toda vez você aluga um quarto específico e chega lá o funcionário diz que não foi o contratado.
Dessa vez falou que contratei o quarto da ilha mas não foi o térreo.
A limpeza do box também deixou a desejar com mofo e um detalhe importante é a abordagem de funcionários terceirizados querendo vender cota do resort que é a maior furada pois no final você pagará quase um milhão e tem dias específicos para usar que na alta temporada não tem rs
O café da manhã também precisa melhorar, até o ovo mexido vem cru =(

A vista do mar é linda !

Cons:

Tudo longe , manutenção ruim . Funcionários sobrecarregados. Quartos mais perto da praia desleixados.
Eles oferecem o almoço na reserva , chega lá , não tem direito de almoço . É sim de jantar . Eles cobram o tal almoço que falam que está incluído . Não gostei da experiência e não voltarei . E nem indicarei .

Excelente para relaxar em paz
Pros:

Paz, praia, silêncio, beleza do local e espaço no chalé maravilhosos. Local para relaxar longe do barulho e confusão. Coca cola à vontade liberada no restaurante.

Cons:

Almoço e janta simples, fracos e enjoativos. Parte que compensa isso é a boa qualidade e variedade das sobremesas. Travesseiros fedorentos demais.
