Staff was excellent, especially Helene during check-in.
The room floor was covered in ants when we awoke early in the morning, including all over & in our luggage. We also found bugs, which appear to be "bedbugs", in our luggage which forced us to throw out several articles of clothing + a suitcase. We were completely disgusted & are extremely disappointed.. & will never step foot in that place again. An outdoor stay in a parking lot tent would've been less disgusting.

La propreté n’est pas terrible, plancher très sale, lavabo n’avait pas été nettoyé du tout, on a dû le faire ce n’est pas très agréable
Il y avait des cheveux dans le bain, le bouchon du bain qui ne ferme pas étanche et se vide! Enfants qui court partout sur l’étage
Clean, quiet room. Comfortable beds with extra pillows and blankets. Plenty of hot water. Quiet, easy to adjust ac unit. Delicious fresh continental breakfast. Friendly bilingual staff. Right off the highway. St Hubert’s next door. Outdoor pool.
Pillows are a bit hard for my liking. Everything else was great!

Staff, size of room, wide stairs to second floor.
No shelf in bathroom had to use back of toilet. Not all plugs or lights worked on desk. Towels are very old and need replacing.
