Limited storage, with no dresser. A luggage rack and a few desk drawers were provided.
Room furnishings had some minor issues: the desk chair was broken, and there was only one bedside table and lamp for two beds.
Laminate-style flooring was heavily scratched and creaked or crunched loudly underfoot, which could be disruptive at night, particularly with dogs.
Curtains were not blackout, and car park lighting caused considerable light to enter the room. The thicker decorative curtains could not be drawn across the window.
The bed linens were microfibre, which tended to cling to hair.

Some noise travelled between rooms; normal conversation from the neighbouring room was audible.
Shower pressure could have been stronger, and the bath tap continued to drip.
The in-room coffee station included only two coffee capsules, with no tea or milk/cream provided. There was also no convenient way to take milk from the breakfast room back to the room.
Front desk staff often seemed preoccupied and brief, the lady at checkout was quite curt and so I forgot to mention the broken chair.

The pet fee was not specified on the booking website, which only indicated that charges might apply. The hotel’s own website clearly stated a fee of $25 per pet, per night, so the charge at checkout was not unexpected. However, the fee should have been disclosed on the booking website, and its purpose was unclear given the room’s pet-friendly features and the usual cleaning requirements regardless of whether pets had stayed.

I missed the pillow top mattress

Only a small item: the continental breakfast was very modest. No fresh fruit. Mind you there was a large group attending so they may have eaten everything before we got to the room.

There was some pet food/treats under the chair in our room so I’m not sure it was cleaned thoroughly prior to our stay.

J'ai eu des difficultés avec les cartes/clés pour accéder à ma chambre autant avec la porte arrière, que la porte avant de ma chambre.

À chaque fois que je sortais de ma chambre, je ne savais pas si à mon retour, je serais correcte ou non pour entrer dans ma chambre sans problème d'accessibilité.

J'aurais apprécié qu'on m'attribue une autre chambre pour que je n'aie pas ce souci le temps de mon séjour. Mais on ne me l'a malheureusement pas offert. :(
