I enjoyed my stay there with my children.
Pros:

The hotel security consciousness. It is a small hotel but very clean and with good amenities. Their bathrooms were very neat. The location of the hotel is also very strategic as it’s along a popular route on Victoria Island. Their bathrooms lobby and breakfast rooms were really organized and the hallways had access control so only those with keys to the rooms on each wing could access them.

Pros:

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Radisson. Unfortunately, I experienced poor service that affected my overall enjoyment. Additionally, I felt unsafe when I was threatened with arrest for smoking tobacco by the poolside due to my health concerns. As a tobacco user from Europe, I rely on it for managing my condition, especially given the climate.

This has been the worst experience I’ve had with Radisson. As a result, I checked out today, December 27, 2025, and moved to another hotel, even though I had originally planned to stay until January 2nd.

A pleasant return

friendly atmosphere in the busy Victoria Island. if something really sticks out is the politeness of the staff from the doorbell to the restaurant, everywhere there is a smile and genuine attention. rooms are spacious and well equipped although they could benefit a refresh. Incidentally i first was at this hotel in 2008, if they managed to stay in business they should have done something good

Chef Nicolas Aba was outstanding.. Chef was amazing and food prepared was great and tasty.

Chef Nicholas understands Customer required and prioritizes customer values to prepare food according to the expectations..

Business lounge staff Ms Aminat and Mr Muhammad courteous and friendly.

Front office Adewara was also very understanding
