Beautiful hotel. Lovely, comfortable rooms. Amazing pool. Wonderful staff. Fantastic restaurant with delicious food. Great location. Would definitely recommend this hotel. And look forward to staying there again someday. Simply wonderful!
Location. Staff good
Terrible mattress. Pillows.
Not very clean
My experience at St Regis was outstanding. The check‑in process was efficient, and the staff was nice. The room was very well maintained, spacious and comfortable.
Service quality stood out all across — housekeeping, dining, and front‑desk support were consistently prompt and courteous. From morning coffee service to other special requests were delivered with quality an with an eye for detail.
The hotel’s attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort were evident throughout my stay.
I highly recommend this property for travelers seeking a seamless, high‑quality hotel experience.
Had stayed here in October for World Series and had wonderful stay. We had arrived on red-eye on Saturday morning and Jack, at front desk, was empathetic to our plight checked us in (truth be told we had tried Your24 and did not get it due to craziness of World Series so we had made reservation for Friday and Saturday night) and we went into our nice upgraded room. Akmed the bellman was friendly and helpful.
We had an amazing dinner at Louix Louis before the Saturday World Series Game 2 game and then came back for a night cap at wonderful slick bar. Wonderful time!
We had such a great time that we elected to stay here for one night before we had our noon flight back to USA. We were upgraded to beautiful room 2813 (a suite) and once again had great stay. We stopped by the beautiful 31st floor bar/restaurant Louix Louis and had pre-dinner drink. Leah the bartender was friendly and attentive. Overall an amazing stay and highly recommend. Had breakfast at Louix Louis and service once again was top-notch. For elite members you get a $31 credit per person which is great. You can get a Canadian breakfast which gives you basics (eggs, potatoes, juice, coffee, and bread etc) for $31 CAD. There are other great options on the menu so you arent obligated to eat only that.
Overall amazing stay and highly recommend!
My husband and I recently travelled through Canada. Our first stop was in Toronto which we visited extensively. We booked accommodation at the St. Regis Hotel Toronto where we were pleasantly surprised with the wonderful atmosphere and welcoming staff from all over the world.
I would like to pay a special tribute to some of the fantastic workers we encountered on our one week stay at the St. Regis Toronto. In particular, Mr. Siddhanth Chaudhary, the Assistant Director of Food and Beverages. We greatly appreciated his assistance. Moreover, Rishi, the Chief Concierge at reception was also of an impeccable standard. His outstanding work in the trips he organised for us were all highly enjoyable and appreciated.
My husband is Italian and was over the moon to have met Alister from Iran in the lobby whom he spoke to in Italian every time we encountered him. Kevin from Jamaica was extremely friendly and polite. We also thank him for his help.
All the Butler, Restaurants and Engineering staff assisted us in many ways and made our stay one of the best we have ever seen around the world. A special mention to Glen (engineering), Michelle and Riva (housekeeping), Liona and Aaron (31st floor restaurant).
Our visit to the Niagara Falls was organised for us by Rishi with Suliman from Afghanistan as our driver and tour guide. Suliman made our journey an excellent experience and worthwhile.
Our trip to Little Italy was organised for us by Rishi with Hashim who was also extremely reliable and friendly.
Location only
The breakfast is horrible frozen croissant mean personnal not professional at all you can call several time and wait lot of hours to have what you need on room service like water tea etc they refuse automaticly early cheik-in and late check-out will never go back there aigain
Our two night stay at the St. Regis was exceptional in every way! I was a little hesitant based on spotty reviews on here, but the service was by far the best I’ve experienced anywhere. The staff throughout the hotel went above and beyond to make us feel valued and special. From bottles of wine and special gifts left in our room, to above and beyond service at the onsite bars and restaurants, we were treated like royalty. We stayed in the grand deluxe suite and were thrilled by both the size and quality of our room. Everything about our stay was spectacular. Highly recommended!!!
What a beautiful hotel. Amazing service and outstanding in every way.
I've stayed here 30+ times and today was my last stay. We have multiple friends staying in multiple rooms and we all had the delight of getting woken up by the sounds of hammering and drilling into concrete - at 6am!!! Turns out we each called down to the front desk to inquire and were both told it is the building next door - we insisted it isn't since the sound was so obvious, and eventually my friend got dressed and went down to the lobby where they admitted it was building engineering and they asked them to stop.
They stopped for an hour and then started up again - I called once again and they then again asked them to stop. I asked the manager what the hotel's policy is as to when trades are allowed to start, they said they don't have a policy but "usually they don't start until after 10am."
For a hotel of this calibre (and price point) this is completely unacceptable, from the initial event to the gas lighting us to then it recurring and then management basically shrugging and saying tough luck. I also asked whether they'd be back tomorrow - management said they don't know.
Total farce. Go to the Ritz or FS or any of the other top tier hotels in town that still care about customer service and comfort at $700+ a night.
My girlfriend and I spent a couple nights here as a staycation. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite. Overall it was pleasant but I feel they’ve missed the mark on a “luxury” experience.
- The room is pretty bland, with some large bare walls that could really use some art. In fact, there was no art anywhere except the bathrooms.
- The pantry minibar and fridge minibar are both really bare
- Wine glasses in the room are small and very cheap. I’m not asking for Zaltos but a glass that costs more than $2 would’ve been nicer
- There was no corkscrew in the room. When I requested a corkscrew, they brought some dinky knife/bottle opener that didn’t have a screw. I called back and they brought a proper corkscrew but even that was pretty cheap feeling.
- Room service was meh. The burger was a bit overcooked (but quite flavourful) and the club sandwich was nothing special, and the bread for it was like basic Dempsters bread. Fries were great, though. I was tempted by the buffalo wings, but the photo on the room service app showed about 4-5 wings for $35…
Add all this together, while not one of them is fatal, there is not a true feeling of luxury.
On the bright side - the room is spacious and cozy; the bed is among the most comfortable I’ve slept it (and the overall quality of sleep here was excellent - we didn’t hear *any* hallway noise from our bedroom); the bathroom and shower are fantastic; and the room is all in good condition.
