the massage that i booked, the masseuse was amazing,
the grounds were nice to walk around and Maggie in the bar was awesome, she made the stay it bearable
Reception staff were not very helpful, Wi-Fi coverage in my room was terrible so had to work from the bar or other areas with better coverage, the gym was dirty with rusty equipment, pool area again needs attention, tiles missing in the hot tub really slippery floors, substandard changing facilities, breakfast was meh, coffee was terrible and £9.50 for a pint of Guinness!! very disappointing experience for a 4 star hotel and for the money i paid, ive staying in much better 3 star places!

Clean, staff were friendly and always serviced the room nicely. The restaurant food was lovely and the room was comfortable.
Some of the decor was dated and the poolside could have been cleaner.
