Great place to stay with great views and comfortable rooms.

Great spot and really nice room. Staff lovely.
Gym equipment getting a little tired and in need of updating.

Dull courtyard view - a shockingly poor effort. One dish of nachos had to be sent back as it hadn’t been properly heated. Replacement was fine, but disappointing something so simple wasn’t done properly first time.
Large lovely appointed room and bed.
Parking quite far if you have problems breathing which I do. Otherwise i loved it.
Breakfast okay but prefer buffet breakfast.
The view is outstanding. Very clean and well presented. Staff were friendly and professional.

We had a treatment but it was rushed and not very personal, it felt like it was a chore and for the cost..
The Spa area although had a good clean pool, hydro, sauna and steam room.
It lacked comfort. It felt like it was set up for swim lessons. The layout was just chucked in with no thought and very boring. It would have been nice to chill with a coffee / pastry. The area at the end. Could be set for this with the beds under the glass roof and some simple decor would complement.
The room while comfy had ripped sheets, cobwebs and messy curtain linen. It also needed better cleaning, cobwebs in corners etc. it was just ok and would rather pay a little more to stay elsewhere, however it dosnt require a lot to take this place up a notch or two…
UHT milk in the bedrooms.
The hotel is lovely and staff helpful and respectful. Very clean and our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The golf course was better than expected

Not allowing check in and rigidly sticking till 3 when hotel was only half full - reception not very welcoming and functional only.
