Clean, comfortable and friendly with great facilities and good value.
Pros:

Ideally located and priced for the purpose of my visiting family in the area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Was able to enjoy a reasonably priced bar meal in comfortable and quiet surroundings.

Great place for a spa/girls weekend
Pros:

Lots of choice of lounges/restaurants, a good pool and jacuzzi. Very nice and spacious room, with a big comfortable bed, a separate shower and bath! I had a really nice massage in the spa too.

Tempus spa was dirty and depressing.
Pros:

Came to Tempus Spa package as part of 40th birthday celebrations. It is absolutely horrible, as you will seeing the pictures. It is very dirty, in disrepair and basic.

No phones are allowed in the spa, and with no music and no atmosphere, or decor, and clinical lighting it is thoroughly depressing.

The hot tub is hot which is possibly the only good thing about this place.

We only managed about an hour or so here before we decided to bail.

The only redeeming factor of the package is that the restaurant, food and service was really nice in comparison.

Nice room, lovely location very quiet

Cons:

Some facilities within the spa area steam room and sauna seemed to be undergoing repairs that could have been done without looking very unsightly.
When my partner arrived at the front desk she was told that no booking had been made as I was already in the hotel room as I arrived 1 hour before this obviously was not the case. Communication between staff should be better.
