Ottimo, Hotel centrale e comodo per tutto
Pros:

Posizione centrale, dietro a piazza de La Republique, vicino alla metro e a molti locali. Stanza pulita, un po piccola (ma come tutte a Parigi) e staff gentile.

Perfect base for a city break!
Pros:

This was a great value hotel. Clean and comfortable, lovely staff, breakfast did the job! The room was compact but had everything we needed. Couldn't ask for more from a 2star hotel. It's a fantastic location and a great find.

Cons:

It's a central location so there was a bit of noise in the night from the street, but that's to be expected! Also a bit of noise from neighbouring rooms but again that's just life!

Ottima posizione, vicino a Place de la République, due stazioni metro vicine e moltissimi locali e negozi, vista sui tetti di Parigi dal settimo piano con vista sulla Tour Eiffel

Friendly stuff but expected better because of all the good reviews
Pros:

The staff was very very friendly and welcoming. The area was also great. Very walkable to various locations.

Cons:

Unfortunately the room was not clean. There was dirt and spider webs and also it is an old building, there were marks on the walls that the room needs reconstruction. Walls were dirty and broken. The mattress wasn’t super comfortable. I would recommend only a short stay. At night it was also very loud (which is not the hotels fault ofc) but there are always young people choking on the benches infront of the hotel until 5am being super loud. The bathroom also had a very unpleasant smell the first day. The Main Street towards the metro stations also have a couple homeless people there, just an FYI if you travel alone as a female.

Pros:

For me, being a single traveler without much luggage, it was fine for me fir a short stay. I'm a soldier and adventurer, so I liked it, but it's small, the washroom has no fan, and you better open the windows if you want to vent the steam out. The staff was very helpful and this hotel is set in the 3e Arr, and close to the Metro and walking distance to a lot of shops, cafes, and sites. I may return.

Cons:

No washroom fan.

Good location, good room size, excellent front desk employees, BUT please uodateyyour beds.

The front desk employees were all so nice and helpful.

Cons:

The double bed in Room 1 hurt my back because the bed is too old that the spring is hurting my back.
