Conforto, localização e bom atendimento!
Pros:

Ótima localização! perto do metrô do Republican, bairro muito bom de transitar, o quarto que eu fiquei era novo então roupa de cama, banheiro muito amplo, tudo bem confortável! Gostei muito de lá!

Cons:

Minha única consideração é o frigobar que não gelava nada, era melhor deixar do lado de fora quando o ar condicionado estava ligado, apenas isso que ficou a desejar.
