Cipriani Park Hotel

O hotel é antigo, mas a limpeza e principalmente o atendimento é fenomenal. Super atenciosos. A comida é maravilhosa, tanto o café da manhã quanto jantar. Sem falar na vista para as montanhas. Voltaria 20 vezes.

La posizione della struttura è strategica,riservata, ma comoda per muoversi in centro,incantevole il parco circostante
La colazione con buffet assistito mi è sembrata una scelta poco funzionale per gli ospiti
Ad ogni modo il mio giudizio è positivo

UN TRE STELLE MOLTO SCADENTE CHE MAL SI CONCILIA CON € 231 A NOTTE, ANCHE SE IN ALTA STAGIONE.

Buona soluzione per una vacanza in montagna. Posizione panoramica e strategica, la struttura è vicino alle maggiori attrazioni. È possibile anche fare una passeggiata nella natura a fino a Pescocostanzo (consiglio della reception). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Camere pulite e calde, anche troppo calde. Colazione abbondante con tanti dolci appena fatti. Cena buona, solo un pó troppo veloce il servizio. Dalla sala dove si mangia il panorama è fantastico.

I didn't like at all mainly the owner's behaviour with 2 of my frineds. We booked 3 rooms, one of my friends had to leave 1 day before for a serious problem and gently asked not to pay at least the dinner he couldn't consume. The owner refused to do it and after my friend insisted gently only once, the owner offended hin with a very bad word trying to put few money in his hand telling he could have bought something with it. I have to say although my friend was never unkind, the owner's reaction was really bad. This is not the way to treat a customer. This was also done with another friend of mine who reserved a double room for only 1 person as the hotel said she couldn't reserved a single room. She then asked to pay only 1 dinner instead of 2 and the owner again was really rude while abolutely refusing to concede it. The hotel is also a little obsolete and not so clean. No elevator for 3 floors is too much when in winter the luggages are so heavy for the sky equipments. But what I considered worst was how we were treated, I experienced as well a bad answer from the owner who was never helpful even when I asked to replace a blanket with a lighter one. In other words it is so bad that someone pretend to be very much welcoming and at the end he proves to be so aggressive and not at all helpful, I like Expedia you should not work with this tipe of hotels.

Ho trascorso un bel weekend in compagnia. Posto confortevole e personale squisito e disponibile. Unica pecca il servizio di pulizia delle camere, a nostro avviso, dovrebbe migliorare.

Una sola notte, atmosfera fatntastica immersi nella natura e nella neve. Personale super disponibile e con grande soddisfazione attrezzati ad ospitare anche persone con problemi di celiachia.Grazie da nostro figlio Nicolò.

Ottima struttura per confort, gentilezza e disponibilità. La proprietà è presente e questo rende il soggiorno eccellente. Disponibile, per chi scia, deposito ski riscaldato e servizio navetta per gli impianti, distanti circa 4 km. Anche la cena merita i complimenti, menù vario e gustoso con ricco buffet di verdure. La struttura è immersa in un parco con vista panoramica!

The stay was very nice! We actually left another hotel to be at this one because of all that it offers. From the beautiful views, options for bedding (helpful for families traveling together), and great location.

Avendo la disponibilità del ponte tra weekend e carnevale io e mia moglie abbiamo deciso di ritornare sulle piste da sci,dopo la settimana bianca trascorsa in Trentino a cavallo di Capodanno. Mi son messo alla ricerca di un hotel dove alloggiare e la scelta, più che felice per noi, è caduta sull'hotel Cipriani a Rivisondoli.

Nonostante in paese facesse in caldo insopportabile, nell'area verde dell'hotel il fresco ha accompagnato la mia vacanza; cibo ottimo ed ospitalità familiare. Di sicuro ritornerò in questo hotel.
