It is a lovely hotel with a nice balcony. The swimming pool is nice but water was too cold to swim this season. The staff are friendly. The only issue was that in the morning, there was a sewage odor in the bathroom. At night, it was fine though. In general, we were happy with this hotel.

Hotel bem próximo ao Santuário, limpo e confortável. Tiveram todo carinho em montar um berço no quarto que minha filha adorou. Café da manhã muito bom, funcionários prestativos.

What a great hotel. This definitely deserves an extra star, it should be a 4 star hotel, not 3. The room was a little small but big enough for me, my things and to have a bit of space to walk around. Everything is clean and modern and the location is great. The pool was also a nice touch. I would definitely stay there again.

Bem localizado, próximo do Santuário mas também suficiente distante da confusão da multidão. Quarto espaçoso, pessoal simpático e prestável. Piscina agradável. Camas grandes e quarto com ar condicionado.

Expedia does not say hotel is in a apartment complex. Tenants were rude and just giving dirty looks. AC stopped working the 2nd day and we were there for 9 days and they did nothing about it. It was super hot and all they provided was a fan. They weren’t able to switch us to another room. Not happy with this place. We would get to the hotel late and there would be homeless people by the door trying to come in the building. We would have to close the door quickly. I would not recommend staying here.

Espectacular sin duda alguna. Como salíamos temprano, antes de la hora del desayuno, el Señor nos dejó un desayuno Pick-nick la noche anterior para comer en el camino. Nunca antes vi esto en un hotel. Genial el servicio

Hotel muito bom, muito limpo, staff super atencioso.É uma ótima opção pois fica muito próximo ao Santuário e sua grande vantagem é que fica entre o Santuário e a Via Sacra dos Pastorinhos que leva as casas onde eles viveram. Estacionamento próprio e foram muito atenciosos em permitir que eu deixasse o carro após o check-out enquanto terminava meus passeios, vários restaurantes próximos.

El desayuno en general, normal; aunque echamos de menos más variedad de frutas

Gratis parkeren naast hotel. Super internet, alles voelt nieuw, super service en vriendelijkheid. Goed ontbijt. Locatie super goed. Enige minpuntje wat ik kan bedenken was dat zwembad water even koud was :-)

Bem localizado, muito bem arrumado, muito, limpo, não é grande mais vale o valor cobrado.
