Pros:

Wir hatten 3 super Tage in dieser schönen Unterkunft . Sie liegt hervorragend mit kurzem Weg in die Altstadt und doch ruhig . Besonders gut gefiel uns der weitläufige Garten , in dem man immer eine ruhige Ecke fand , um der Mittagshitze zu entkommen . Wir durften sogar ohne zusätzliche Kosten eine Stunde später auschecken - kurzum : absolute Empfehlung !

Great hotel just outside the walls - just like an oasis
Pros:

We loved our stay at Hotel Asia Khiva. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was super clean. They provided a yummy and generous breakfast and also allowed us to have a late checkout as we were leaving on an overnight train. And we really loved the pool and the beautifully maintained gardens.

Cons:

The wifi was a bit intermittent, but not really a big deal

Personal muy agradable y servicial
Pros:

Lo mejor el trato de los trabajadores muy cercano y respetuoso, Matluba una chica muy agradable que nos ayudo en todo lo que estuvo en su mano, al igual que sus compañeros que nos consiguieron una bufanda de la selección de Uzbekistan que estaban agotadas. Además pudimos descansar antes de nuestra partida, en nuestra habitación enorme, gracias al late check out que nos ofrecieron sin coste adicional. Lo cual agradecemos mucho pues personalmente me estaba recuperando de un malestar intestinal y me vino genial!! El desayuno variado y correcto, aunque en mi caso no pude disfrutar demasiado. Todo muy limpio y con excelente ubicación.

Cons:

Tal vez algún repaso al gresite de la piscina no estaria mal, un poco de mantenimiento, pero algo puntual, poca cosa por poner algo, es normal que con el calor extremo salte algún gresite. Tal vez alguna hamaca más.

Pros:

Perfect place to stay while in Khiva, it's right outside the south gate, it takes only a few minutes to get to the main attractions. Staff was fantastic they're lovely, I loved the garden and the small pool, great place to chill. Room was great, aircon was perfect but I nearly didn't need it as it was quite cool inside (and it was 40 degrees when I was there!)

Highly recommend
Pros:

The upgraded suite was lovely (thank you 😊), the bed was really comfortable and the A/C was fantastic!
The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Rahim.

It's right outside Ichan Kala so in a fab location.

Лучший отель в Хиве. Отличные, профессиональные сотрудники на ресепшене и во всем отеле. Отель чистый, ресторан отличный, ухоженная территория. Отель находится рядом со старым городом. Хотелось бы отметить очень профессиональных сотрудников всех. Спасибо персоналу. Рекомендую лучший отель в Хиве.

Estupenda estancia en Khiva
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, cómodo y con piscina que resultó muy útil para refrescarnos después de un día de calor por la ciudad.
El personal muy amable, nos dejaron hacer un late check out y estuvieron atentos a cualquier cosa que necesitamos, sin duda volvería!

Hotel exceptionnel avec un personnel exceptionnel:confort ,calme situation,propreté,bien être.

l’hotel divisé en plusieurs batiments tres intimiste et calme est à 100m de la forteresse dans un jardin magnifique,les chambres sont grandes,nous avons était surclassé dans une suite.l’hotel est d’une propreté irréprochable avec tout le confort et la piscine tres appréciable. MAIS LE PLUS EST LE PERSONNEL QUI EST EXCETIONNEL.Tous sont attentionnés, prennent soin de vous avec gentillesse et dévouement. Sans que je le demande ,il m’ont proposé de rester dans notre chambre jusqu'à ce que notre taxi nous prennent à 17h car notre vol était à 19h 40 à Ourgech.Quel accueil et quelle attention pour les clients.Allez-y car rien ne manque pour être satisfait. Merci au Monsieur qui parle français à la réception pour son dévouement ainsi qu’au 2 Monsieurs de notre bâtiment 5 qui ont été tous 2 adorables.Si j’avais pu mettre 20/10 je l’aurai fait.

Pros:

La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel, l’accueil à la réception parfait et en plusieurs langues dont le français, le pick up à la gare très chaleureux malgré un retard important du à des pannes de courant sur le trajet depuis Boukhara, la qualité du petit déjeuner, sans air conditionné délirant comme souvent, le merveilleux jardin superbement entretenu, pas un puceron sur des milliers de roses ! La piscine parfaite. Le luxe du calme et du silence. Emplacement idéal, à trois cents mètres de l’entrée dans la vieille ville. Organisation impeccable et fluide d’une excursion dans le désert avec guide et chauffeur privés. Comme le transport jusqu’à l’aéroport d’Ourgentch le jour de mon départ.

Cons:

Absolument rien.
