Pros:

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. Wir hatten eine komfortable Suite, ruhig gelegen in einem schönen Garten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet

Excellent hotel very close to entry gate of the old town
Pros:

The staff, the location of the hotel , spacious, comfortable and clean rooms- everything was excellent
We appreciated the extra attention to detail where help was given with luggage,, and we even had fresh roses in our room.

We recommend to stay here!
Pros:

The staff, especially the men at the reception and the ones who took our suitcases for us, was very polite, respectful and helpful. When they saw us with our suitcases they helped us straight away. The hotel gave us a better room (upgrade for free), which was very clean and spacious. The beds were good, the location is great: walking distance to the old city of Khiva. They do everything to make it a comfortable stay and we even could use our room after check-out (to change and shower before a long taxi-ride). We saw some people in the reviews complaining, about the breakfast for example. Those people are very spoiled or just complainers I guess. The breakfast was good for Uzbekistan (it’s just a bit different comparing to other countries but that doesn’t make it bad), there was a lot of choice and they make fresh coffee. We travel a lot and we definitely recommend this hotel! The swimming pool was also open (end of April) and very clean. The hotel has a cosy garden as well. Don’t hesitate to book this!

Tired of boutique hotels? Stay here for a slightly different experience!
Pros:

Super weird hotel - we enjoyed it! The rooms are gigantic! The whole place was huge and empty! Shame that the pool wasn't open (we were ahead of season apparently) even though it was scorching. Comfy beds. Very very close to the South gate of the Old Town.

Cons:

Breakfast was the usual fare. Shame the pool was shut.

Pros:

Отель находится напротив одного из входом в Ичери Кала, очень удобно. Персонал вежливый. Номер наш не был готов к заселению очень быстро предложили другой номер. На ресепшене выставлены картины местных художников на холсте и акварель, очень понравились -купила 2 акварели по 10 долларов. Также национальные платки, шарфы и накидки. Очень приятная атмосфера.

Cons:

Не могу сказать, что не понравилось, но в качестве рекомендации на завтрак много жареного, можно ПП побольше

Pros:

This property is very well located, just across the road from the Southern gate and about 5 minutes walk from the main Western gate entrance. The room we had was a two-room suite, very spacious and comfortable. After a long walk around the old city we had an in-room massage, very pleasant and relaxing. The breakfast was quite sumptuous and could satisfy any taste.

Een perfect begin van ons verblijf in Oezbekistan.
Pros:

Wij hebben een top-verblijf gehad! Na een hele vroege aankomst in Urgench kregen we een gratis early check in. Het is een groot hotel maar door de laagbouw en de verschillende gebouwen die liggen in een mooie tuin voelt het niet zo. De kamers waren ruim en schoon, goede bedden en het ontbijtbuffet was overvloedig. De ligging net bij de south gate van de muur is perfect, je wandelt zo de oude stad in. Heel fijn was ook het zwembad om even af te koelen tijdens het warmste deel van de dag.
