struttura datata con servizi buoni ma il prezzo è elevato

colazione buona , ricca , non all'italiana ma buona
camre confortevoli e aria condizionata ad un buon livello

Cons:

struttura un po dispersiva composta da molti padiglioni camenre un po datate specie per il prezzo che si pagava, acqua a pagamento , piscina con pavimentazione troppo calda per camminarci nelle ore centrali così come la scaletta. la Birra presa a bordo piscina era calda , l'acqua da portarsi in cameera a pagamento si trovava sono neell'edificio principale

Albergo molto bello, tranquillo, silenzioso, con tante aree verdi e vicino al centro. Personale molto gentile e professionale e molto disponibile. Camera molto spaziosa , bella , molto pulita (con due servizi di pulizia al giorno). Avevamo prenotato una suite. Letti comodi. Rapporto prezzo qualita'/ottimo. Colazione ottima .Servizio aggiuntivo : massaggio eccellente.

Cons:

Colazione sarebbe stata perfetta con aggiunta di crossaint. Ma è solo un consiglio.

Ruhige Oase neben der Wüstenfestung
Pros:

Direkt an der Stadtmauer gelegenes Ensemble mit Pool und Poolbar. Ruhig und zentral. Sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, besonders hervozuheben an der Rezeption war Herr Umidbek. Vielen Dank für alles.

Pros:

We stayed in this hotel in 2025 and loved it - so we returned in 2026.
And we received room upgrade and free late checkout - both were really helpful for us!

Pros:

L hôtel est très propre, spacieux et ombragé avec une jolie piscine
Les lits sont très confortables.
Ideal en famille.
Le personnel à l accueil est très gentil et serviable.
Bien que nous ne soyons pas à l'intérieur de la vieille ville, l hôtel est tout à côté de la porte sud.

Cons:

Le petit dejeuner est un peu moins bon que celui que l on a pu prendre dans d autres établissements (qui etaient des guest house).
Un peu cher par rapport aux autres établissements où l on a logé dans le pays.

Soluzione ottimale per visitare Khiva con il minimo sforzo
Pros:

Posizione comodissima. Bellissimo giardino. Piscina accogliente (ma da fare un pò di manutenzione). Stanza spaziosissima (anche il letto aggiunto per la bambina). Hanno facilmente organizzato transfer per aeroporto e escursione alle fortezze.

Cons:

La qualità della colazione, abbondante e varia ma non all'altezza degli altri servizi.

Pros:

Posizione pazzesca, appena fuori le mura, davvero comodo. Ottimo hotel 3 stelle. Con servizi da 3 stelle ma di grande qualità.
Cambio degli asciugamani frequentissimo (ogni volta che uscivamo) e pulizia impeccabile.

Cons:

Prodotti da bagno un pò scarsi, e non c'era il balsamo.
Colazione non di grande qualità, con due persone addette alle macchinette, lentissime. Poca varietà sia dolce che salata. Diciamo non eccezionale.
Poche prese in camera.
La piscina invece il vero punto debole. L'acqua non era invitante, abbastanza torbida. Molto affollata.
È vero che ti danno i teli ma il bordo piscina ha lettini in legno a listelli a posizione fissa scomodissimi. Praticamente bisogna essere dei fachiri. Peccato perchè il contesto è molto carino.

Beautiful place to stay with kids, very enjoyable pool that was a great time for our kids after the (boring) visits 😎
Pros:

Amazing location just in front of one of the gates to the old city. Great breakfast with lots of choices, including western options for kids 😆
The pool outside is definitely a plus, especially in the summer when you want to freshen up in the afternoon before going out for a walk again. Beautiful fresh gardens around all buildings.
Super comfortable beds and very helpful staff, always nearby to help.

Cons:

The pool was amazing but really dangerous for our western standards 😬 there was no shallow area for kids, the edges are round so it makes it hard for small kids to hold to the edge and there is no fence around it. It’s not the end of the world, but we thought some of this could be improved 🙏🏻

Oasis in Khiva
Pros:

Location at the entrance to the old town. Warm welcome, friendly and helpfull staff. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. And the best part- garden with a pool- a grean oasis in the middle of hot Khiva. And hotel accepts credit cards, which is not the case in all small hotels in Uzbekistan.
