Fabulous as always
Pros:

The warm welcome from the friendly staff, comfortable rooms and amazing food.
Such a shame that it will be no more from jan 4th. Just hope the owners can do what the fullers team have done for so many years consistently.

Cons:

Everything is perfect

Overall a good stay but too much noise in our bedroom.
Pros:

The food at breakfast and dinner was very good and the staff were very obliging.

Cons:

Too much noise in our bedroom particularly in the early morning.
Saturday morning in the early hours Traders were setting up their stalls and it was very noisy.
Each morning about 7am we were awaken by what sounded like a ventilation fan, possibly HCAC.

Wonderful hospitality and food
Pros:

What a great place to stay! We stayed one night in one of the larger rooms and everything was excellent. From Harry's welcome at reception, to the comfort and peace of the room, and Olivia's wonderful service at dinner. The chefs did a grand job with the food. Really good vegetarian options and beautifully presented. The cocktails are very well done, too. Probably the best Old Fashioned I can remember having. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

Cons:

As always, the coffee. But we are unreasonably fussy about our coffee and there is a brilliant barista just around the corner with coffee from Square Mile (Tarrant St Coffee). So no worries. If only hotels could team up with proper coffee shops!

A fantastittle hotel
Pros:

We have just returned home from a two night break at the Swan Hotel In Arundel.
We were in too
9, listed as an indulgence room.
It was very cosy and retained the charm of such an old building. Bed was reasonably comfortable and linen crisp and clean.
I would just say that it is reaching a point where some minor redecoration will be required. The original single glazed sash windows clearly get quite damp from condensation which has resulted in some black mould around the frames. The bathroom was a good size and provided a roll top bath as well as a walk in shower. Again, a little refresh may be advantageous.
The breakfast was amazing and very delicious with lots of choice. Our waitress for our two mornings was super attentive, helpful and approachable; an asset to the Fullers brand. I understand the hotel may be changing hands in January 2026. A wonderful stay all round
