Ok but could have been better
Pros:

Peaceful location- good selection of tea and biscuits!

Cons:

The heat control for the shower was impossible to turn down meaning I couldn’t shower. TV didn’t have a signal so wouldn’t work.

Very good
Pros:

Spacious bedroom and great shower. Good tea/coffee making facility. Comfortable bed. Great parking. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Thought spa would be included. No mini fridge in room. Very noisy with singing until late coming from another room. Food quite expensive.

Pros:

I booked late, had a very comfortable large room allocated, it was peaceful and it was one of the best quality buffet breakfasts ever. 10/10 for the price.

A little disappointing compared to previous stays.
Pros:

We’d stayed before so were familiar with the location and the hotel. We stayed for one night en route to a different golf hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing compared to previous visits, there was no fruit or yogurt available. The magnifying mirror in the bathroom was placed too high on the wall for both me and my husband.

Wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

On the way in to the hotel the grounds looked beautiful. The outside of the hotel looked very impressive. The spa was lovely, however we were charged extra to use the pool. Some of the staff were lovely and accommodating. The beds were comfy however the rooms were quite outdated

Cons:

Some of the staff were not very accommodating. On arrival we were waiting at least 30-40 minutes for someone to check us in. The food was quite poor in regard to dinner that evening the burger was burnt and not edible and the food was quite cold. The rooms were outdated. The spa was nice however there were extra charges for everything even up to a bathrobe.

Lovely stay nice features but needs some updates. Lottie and Pia at spa were fantastic and very friendly food was limite
Pros:

The hotel was lovely in a nice setting and liked that it had spa facilities

Cons:

The curtains in room were damaged, the side light cover was ripped and behind the tv it was very dusty (lacked being cleaned) the facilities in room were good such as iron, fan and hairdryer
The side of mirror in bathroom had rusted and speckled with marks

Ok but not worth 120 pounds for a night
Pros:

Staff members were nice and also good breakfast

Cons:

I don’t think this is a 4 star hotel at all. There is no A/C in the rooms and also no fridge. Spa area clean but really small.

The executive king room was only kingly by size, there was next to no thrills in the room, no real creature comforts you would expect from a room of that name

Comfortable and enjoyable but the hotel could improve.
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable and reasonably clean. The food was good.
The location was good, quiet but not far from Worcester for a visit.

Cons:

The staff could be better with some training. There seemed to be a lot of standing around chatting while one person did all the work.
The floor by the breakfast buffet was dirty and sticky as were the mugs. Quite unpleasant.
