Lovely spa. Great location for exploring Worcestershire. Food is good & staff are nice but the service in the restaurant in the evening is slow, even when quiet.
Very
Fabulous room, luxurious surroundings, very quiet room with great views ..staff friendly, parking plentiful, good spa facilities
Room we booked with walkin shower was given to someone else. So gad to wait a while when they found suitable room for us and was not what we were promised. They did give us a drink voucher each
Needs a full refurb
The staff especially the reception team and spa staff were really amazing, very kind and lovely.
My stay was the perfect pamper break.
Generally good, we stayed towards the end of summer and they may well have a deep clean or some areas of refurbishment planned but the carpets felt tired and the mattresses starting to feel a little old, but it was clean and staff were friendly. Whoever designed their bathrooms needs some training - the basin was small for a family room and the toilet roll holder at low level under the radiator was odd!! Breakfast was good with a good selection but the evening meal was poor - I had a lasagne which was 2/3rds white sauce and very little in the way of actual meat and was expensive for what it was. Good location - quiet and easy to find
Stay was lovely and accommodating for attending a family holiday
Interruption of an early morning unexplained fire alarm was a shock to the system
We were made very welcome at the spa by a lovely member of staff named Sarah, we really couldn't have asked for better service from her. Worth a commendation.
Lovely stay. I was kindly upgraded. Will definitely be back
Great stay, a bit of bother with the bill when leaving- sorted eventually.
Lovely hotel with attentive and friendly staff everywhere we went.
We enjoyed the well equipped spa, excellent food in the restaurant and a comfortable nights sleep.
Convenient location for my trip.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Public areas were very comfortable.
It was amazing they what out of their way to help us and did a amazing gift for our anniversary, and well deserved stay again
This hotel is old and needs a complete refresh, the bed was so uncomfortable
It was a single bed which I didn’t think existed anymore in hotels
The curtains didn’t close properly and the window was in the car park, so could see cars passing by at night
It was noisey, doors slamming all night
The bathroom was outdated and the floor was worn away
The wallpaper was peeling off the walls
The sofa was old and grubby looking
Not what I expected for £100 a night with no breakfast
The bar staff where however very good and friendly
Lovely spa/pool with outdoor patio and cafe for those sunny days.
Ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were of really good standard, very attentive staff
King size bed (superior room) was wide but not long enough, at 6ft my feet were hanging off the end! But a minor gripe for an overall relaxing stay
I thought this property worked well for my young children and myself. I had asked for an easy accessible room for my father who was unable to walk far due to being registered disabled, our rooms were at the far end of the ground floor sadly and he was unable to shower due to having a bath in the bathroom which he was unable to access.
My biggest upset was not to have butter at breakfast! Flora is an oil NOT a substitute for butter.
Lovely hotel, staff extremely friendly. Room was nice but was incredibly hot lacked any fan or air con. Another disappointment was the noise, there was prom night happening at the hotel and it was very busy, we were situated at the front of the hotel and it was noisy. Wish they had warned us when we booked as we probably would have changed to another night because the noise was too be expected but extremely frustrating when you can’t get to sleep!
Room to a high standard and hotel was well presented.
Bed mattress was cheap and uncomfortable.
Main disappointment was the staff.
Reception staff were robotic and unengaging.
Most staff we encountered failed to engage and did not acknowledge our presence.
Bar staff were young and inexperienced, hard to get their attention.
Great hotel but staff let it down , not sure if we stay again.
Booked a standard double, the room was large, clean and well equipped. Bathroom was modern with a powerful shower. Staff were friendly and service was quick.
