Only one member of staff let the side down Lucy
Pros:

Very good location for getting into Worcester and very good both the Golf and Spa

Cons:

We travel all over the world to hotels and usually the receptionist if you are early will try there best to see if your room is ready and get you checked in unfortunately the receptionist Lucy did not even bother checking that our room was ready just said check in is at 3pm.

Pros:

The hotel was lovely and clean. The staff were all polite and helpful.

Hotel was lovely and the staff were wonderful. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

My son was attending a golf competition- so the hotel was perfect for our stay over.

Cons:

The bathroom was smelly, musty wet. Not good ventilation. The bedroom was very hot too. Could do with some aircon!

Pros:

Reception and bar staff very welcoming.

Cons:

Hardly any of the lights worked. There was grime all up the side of the bathroom mirror. The plug socket was covered by the wardrobe and there was no aircon we were just told they had put a fan in the shower.

Overpriced for what you get
Pros:

Comfortable room but a lot more basic then I thought it would be and free parking

Cons:

Food was very expensive, if you want use the pool it’s £15 a day which for residents that’s a joke, no included breakfast, no fridge in the room. Couldn’t change the water in the bath from boiling hot, no separate shower.

A very hot stay!

Breakfast was good, with a variety of options

Cons:

There was a lack of facilities for a hot summer's day/night. The room had no aircon or fridge and it was a very hot day and night. There was a fan in the wardrobe, but it just circulated the hot air in the small room. I couldnt keep the bottle of water I'd bought cold as no fridge in our room and it was very hot when we were getting ready to go out and also overnight.
The bathroom floor wasnt very clean I could see bits of black on there.

Very enjoyable break
Pros:

Breakfast was good, it would be nice to see a vegetarian option, also better quality orange juice and coffee.

Cons:

Orange juice was watered down.
Coffee was not a strong flavour
No vegetarian sausages
