Good location, lovely and clean and friendly staff.
Was disappointed that the spa swimming pool was extra at a ridiculous cost of £15/person/day.
Only wanted an hour.
The property was spacious and clean. The toiletries provided were excellent quality. The staff were friendly, checkin and out was quick. The tea and biscuits were well received.
It was a little chilly in the room, breakfast lacked organisation as there was a wait for a lot of things to be replenished. This included food and crockery.
Breakfast was very good. Only problem was when we came down to Breakfast around 9.00am there was hardly any fresh fruit and it did not get replenished.
The beds were very comfortable and the room very quiet.
Pleasant comfortable hotel made better by excellent friendly helpful staff
Especially Sarah, the restaurant manager who went out of her way to ,make sure we well looked after
Extremely comfortable bed
The superior king room was a little basic for the price
The restaurant menu was a little limited
Both main restaurant and bar restaurant served almost the same menu
Excellent accommodation
Green and tidy and staff are very polite
The size of the room & bed
Had poached eggs or scrambled at breakfast
Location was great, breakfast was average.
Room tired overall decor needed redecorating, shower in room didn't work,
Restaurant dead flowers on tables sitting in dirty water we had to ask for them to be removed,
Serving staff needs more instruction on what they are serving food and drink.
Location, cheerful staff , tiny room and breakfast
Nothing really without being picky.
Breakfast was lovely and restaurant room
Location
Friendly staff
Room was very basic for the price. It was not value for money.
TV small and unable to get a guide as to what was on throught the day/evening
Our bath/shower tap was broken and the water temperature was too hot had to call reception for assistance before could shower, they did a temprary repair to set the water at for us to shower and were very accommodating about this. We were up early so this did not affect our plans for the day.
The staff were amazing! Very helpful polite and welcoming.
The restaraunt staff were very ettentive and made every effort with us.
The pool was very helpful for the kids.
We stayed in a family room which was very big and perfrct for 2 adults and 2 kids. Although started to look maybe s touch tired, a few rips in the curtains.
However its a big old spot so couldnt expect it to be all updated at once.
The cost of the pool was £40 for 2 adults and 2 kids. We thought this was a little expensive considering we were in less than an hour. Instead of doing a day rate maybe introduce an hourly rate say?

The breakfast was very good. The food available at a buffet breakfast is never going to be as hot or as fresh as table service, but if you can get past that, the breakfast quality was good.
It was all good.
Useful location for the Malvern Show. In the past we have cycled easily to the 3 counties showground. Our bedroom was large. The hotel was nice and quiet.
Very disappointed at the idea of paying for a swim. To be honest we'd have paid more for the room rather than pay to swim. Not something we've encountered in other hotels. The breakfast was disorganised. Waited so long for eggs to appear that my daughter had eaten her cooked breakfast. No scrambled, poached or boiled eggs. Similarly in the restaurant my husband ordered an aperitif. He waited ages then it appeared immediately followed by his starter. The bathroom was small my husband had difficulty showering without getting the floor wet.
Spa was lovely. A bit disappointing to have to pay per person to use it, but it was worth it. Dinner was good and do was breakfast. The room was enormous and comfortable
The shower temperature control was stuck so we had to ask reception to assist as the water was too hot to use it. They managed to fix it quickly
Well appointed beautiful garden and super views oh Malvern hills.
Low staff levels left inattentive staff ESPECIALLY at meal time.
Lunch burgers were very poor and expensive. Patties were dry and burnt as was bun. Served with interest and never checked on. Minimal staff levels and disinterested staff even when reported at checkout.
