Nice family vacation where we enjoyed the pools with cafe an bars.
Pros:

Large pools with trees on the side for shade during the day
Lots of space to walk in the evening
Food was great and varied
Room had 3 beds (1 double and 2 singles)

Cons:

The slides for the smaller kids were too crowded, unsupervised. The smallest kids were pushed aside by the larger ones. The adults can't use them with the kids - you were getting stuck on the way (too low water pressure).

La propreté des chambres, la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Les prix à l’intérieur de l’hôtel était vraiment cher. Une consultation chez le médecin de l’hôtel 130€.. sans les médicaments.
Ce qui nous a restreint dans nos dépenses pour les vacances.
Le restaurant est un peu trop éparpillé et trop de queue le problème c’est les clients égoïstes malheureusement.
Les spectacles pour enfants à revoir.
Le kids club trop sale, le trampoline pour enfants est tout déchiré beurk.

Could be better
Pros:

The facility is nice and close to the airport and sea

Cons:

This is mafia run facility, we booked on booking.com and had all set we paid 29000 CAD for the entire families they didn’t slow me in until I pad another 2500 CAD as my kids turned to be 6 month older than 12 and the second one considers as an adult at 17. Knowing that booking.com allowed the transaction. I raised to them and booking.com no one even replied

Ожидания совпали с реальностью, не разочарованы.
Pros:

Отель оставил очень хорошие впечатления. Персонал очень приветливый и внимательный, не один наш запрос не остался без внимания, спасибо Валерии и Наргиз за помощь. Кормят вкусно, еда и напитки хорошего качества. Для нас это был первый отель где нормально делали коктейли, а не пародию на них. Номера чистые но как мне показалось им уже местами требуется косметический ремонт, но это не испортило впечатление от номера, кондиционеры работали хороши, интернет быстрый, кровати удобные. Бассейны для вилл и возле СПА были чистые, всегда есть свободные лежаки и сухие чистые полотенца. У бассейна есть холодильник с напитками на любой вкус. Очень понравился бар у пляжа, особенно их лосось на гриле) заказывали каждый обед. При выезде из отеля нам предоставили с собой ланч боксы, которые были очень кстати, дети перекусили в аэропорту перед полётом.

Cons:

В ресторане для вилл если прийти к открытию, часов в 7 утра и что то заказать на завтрак довольно проблемно, один раз омлет пришлось ждать минут 50. Объяснили что на кухне один повар в это время и большая загруженность. Хорошо что в главном корпусе был ещё один ресторан с большим шведским столом. Рано утром завтракали там, а в наш уже приходили на второй завтрак. Также хочу отметить очень навязчивый сервис в СПА и откровенно завышенные цены на мой взгляд.

It was great fun for the whole family.
Pros:

The variety of food, the maintenance of the facilities, the staff were very high standard.

Cons:

happened once, but the cleaning staff forgot our room once, and a few times the room was not restocked well. All was resolved when the guest services team was contacted.

Unsatisfying resort in desperate need of a renovation and a new food and beverage manager.
Pros:

Showers had good water pressure. Grounds are nice with lots of open grass fields.

Cons:

I have been coming to Antalya resorts in the Summer for about six years now. This resort is the worst one I have stayed at, by every measure. Food was mediocre at best. Late night buffet was especially poor. Room furniture is very old. Hallways smelled like mold. Not enough seating in the dining room. Staff not very friendly, especially in the restaurant. Nightly entertainment was not very professional or entertaining. Not sure why it is called "kids concept" as every other resort I stayed at in Antalya had better events and shows for kids.
