I’ve been staying at this property for years. Their staff is great, and the suites are very clean and comfortable. It has gotten pricier every year and I think it’s pricey for Cuernavaca but it is a great place to stay at.

Dieses Hotel ist eine Oase!!!
Die Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich; jedes ist nach einem/r Künstler(in) benannt und mit einem übergroßen Ausschnitt aus dessen/deren Werk individuell gestaltet. Zimmer sind großzügig gestaltet; jeden Morgen stand Kaffee oder Tee mit Gebäck vor der Tür. Das Frühstück war exzellent, alle (Eier)Speisen, die man sich für ein gutes Früstück in Mexiko vorstellen kann; sehr gutes Brot und Tee und Kaffee. Auch das italienisch/mexikanische Dinner ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Es gibt einen wunderbar großen Pool zum Schwimmen.
Jedes einzelne Mitglied des Personals war sehr freundlich. Die Atmoshpäre ist sehr entspannt.

La habitación presidencial esta terriblemente descuidada. Cortinas muy maltratadas, madera del cuarto muy maltratada. La regadera sale el agua terrible por falta de mantenimiento. Realmente por el precio que pagué, no vale la pena. La comida cumplidora, pero nada que me lleve de recuerdo que me encantó. El servicio del personal impecable. Pero el cuarto realmente necesita mantenimiento de todo

Muy agradable nuestra estancia, las instalaciones y el restaurante muy buenos!! Solo el aire acondicionado de la habitación hace mucho ruido, en esta ocasión no hacía calor y apagamos el aire en la noche. En temporada de calor, sería imposible dormir con el ruido del aire.

My room had heating installed in Cuernavaca, where it's hot. I woke up in the middle of the night, and they fixed it. I requested my upgrade, but they didn't know that Expedia offers it.

Cobraron (se quedó un desayuno completo pagado sin usar) y al otro día mi amiga tampoco desayunó y pidió dos panes para llevárselo (que los traía incluidos ) y el mesero pesado para dárselos.
