Nothing associated with the facility was open. I mean closed for good. Restaurant, massage, gym. Closed.

Friendly helpful staff. Special mention for staff member named Wat. He was really accomodating.
Tuk Tuk right near accommodation very useful to get to station.
Best Beef restaurant just a short walk away was very very good.
Hotel was great value and plenty of variety. Very quiet for sleeping. A bit of distance to city centre but not bad once you get used to the variety of train services.

BANGKOK BEST. REALLY ENJOYED OUR 1O STAY.
Pros:

We stayed 10 nights waiting for a Repatriation flight Bangkok-Manila. I cannot state how marvelous this Hotel is. Spotless clean each floor has it's own theme, we stayed on 3rd floor Chinese.
With over 20 breakfast choices we had no complaints cooked to perfection. Free shuttle to Sky Train. Most important the Staff. Each member, were professional, very friendly, gave advice on getting around. We chatted with the Owner each day as she lives at the Hotel. It's off the Bangkok Tourist map, however a 2min walk you are on Sukhumvit 71. Take Bus or ride the tuktuk for only THB 7 to Sky Train. No:40 aircon buss takes you to SoiCowboy & Nana Sta.We loved every day here and will book every time we are in Bangkok.
The area very safe, lots of food vendors has lots of cafes, resturants, 7-11. A large Filipino community lives in this neighborhood.

Pros:

The hotel is great! Clean and all. The staff is super friendly! Don’t go there if you want to be closed to the main attractions of course. Just go there if you want to rest and do other things than following the other tourists!

The staff was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. Has some room wear and tear but considering the price, it’s not a big deal. They have an in room guide that was extremely useful. Also a hotel menu showing their many food and spa options. The lady who cooks breakfast was extremely kind. We came down for breakfast and if she saw something was empty, she’d take care of us and make new food. Would definitely stay there again!

It was a great stay. Even if the hotel is too far from the Central Bangkok, means of transportation is easy. You can really rest and sleep comfortably in the hotel bec the place is quiet. We surely enjoyed the places we’d been through, the food and delcious fruits. We will go back to Thailand and stay in Sabai Sabai again👌

THE FRONT DESK IS VERY HELPFU'L. THE SYSTEM OF TRANSPORTING CUSTOMERS TO THE BTS STATION AND TGE AIRPPORT LINK IS EXTREMELY USEFUL DUE TO THE LOCATNIS TOO FAR FROMA BTS STATIONS.

THD CLEANINESS OF THE HOTEL NEED IMPROVEMNTS. AND SO DOE STHE NTERIORS.

BUT I THINJ ITV IS ORT THE MONEY.

ONE FUNNY THING IS THAT MY WIIFE THINKS HT THERE IS GHOST IN THE HOTEL EVEN THOUGH I DO NOT FEEL IT.

Not close to much. Hard to find.
Pros:

Very tiny hotel in a very small street corner - Not easy to find and Taxis don't know it so you have to Google map it for them.. Arrived late at night one person on desk waiting by.. Quite an awkward check in.. Room is not bad I mean it was survivable for two days. Can't say it was an easy area Felt like there was nothing here and quite far from everything especially in bangkok traffic. On check out I was appalled to get charged 100 baht for a small tube of toothpaste... Can't say I would recommend this hotel and wouldn't want to book again to be honest..
