Pros:

Platinum Palace Boutique Hotel & SPA is a very elegant and well-maintained hotel, with spacious rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. The location is also convenient, allowing easy access to the city center within a few minutes. The SPA is definitely a valuable addition for guests looking to relax.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the experience was affected by several issues that I did not expect from a hotel of this standard. The staff did not seem adequately trained for a 5-star hotel and, at times, appeared not prepared to manage a luxury property. My room was not cleaned properly during the stay, it was left untidy, and I felt poorly treated when I reported the issue.

I appreciated that the management eventually agreed to a partial refund through Booking.com, but I still believe the compensation was not fully proportionate to the inconvenience experienced. Overall, the hotel has excellent potential thanks to the structure and facilities, but the level of service and guest care needs significant improvement to truly meet 5-star expectations.

Das Hotelgebäude ist eine 1906 gebaute Fabrikantenvilla in tadellosem Zustand. Frühstück und Abendessen waren erstklassig. Die Außenanlage ist gepflegt. Direkt angrenzend befindet sich ein großer Park.

Cons:

Das Hotel besteht aus einem Hauptgebäude (historisch) und einem modernen Anbau. Bei der Buchung war für uns nicht ersichtlich, dass sich die Fenster der Zimmer in der gebuchten Kategorie nicht öffnen lassen. Bei unserer Ankunft empfanden wir das Zimmer vom Geruch her als unfrisch und leicht feucht. Wir haben dann das Zimmer gewechselt und hatten eines mit zwei zu öffnenden Dachfenstern. Da genau gegenüber dem Hotel ein großes Srraßenbahndepot liegt, war es entsprechend nachts durchgängig sehr laut.

Gediegener, leicht in die Jahre gekommener Luxus mit sehr gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Leicht in die Jahre gekommenes Luxushotel. Überzeugt immer noch durch das Gesamtpaket. Sehr schönes SPA, auch Abends länger geöffnet. Sehr gutes Frühstück, wunderbar am Parkrand gelegen, aber etwas abseits zur Innenstadt, dafür in der Regel ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhälntis. Die Besucher, die sich hier negativ in den Bewertungen auslassen, übersehen gerne, dass in Westeuropa für den gebotenen Standard nicht einmal 3-Sterne drin sind.

Cons:

Man sieht hier und da, dass das Hotel schon 13 Jahre in Betrieb ist, Kleinigkeiten in den Zimmern müssten mal gemacht werden.
