Śniadane było super, bardzo smaczne, duży wybór. Lokalizacja ekstra. Piękny park obok, wszędzie dogodny dostęp, świetna komunikacja z centrum. Cena parkingu adekwatna.
Układ pokoju z umywalką de facto na cypelku w pokoju, prysznicem niezamykanym i nie w wyodrębnionym pomieszczeniu i toaletą zamykaną nieszczelnymi drzwiami jak do szafy. Dodatkowo na ciemnych meblach widać już zużycie. A już szczególnie kiedy gość przyjeżdża na weekend to zdecydowanym niedopatrzeniem jest zapraszanie go na do spa z 10% zniżką, ale tylko od poniedziałku do czwartku...
Super hotel, śniadanie oraz SPA
Śniadania.
Biorąc pod uwagę aspekty, za które przyznawane są gwiazdki, nie można mieć zastrzeżeń. Hotel bardzo ładny, z potencjałem. Wnętrza bardzo ładnie zaaranżowane. Drobny minus to ciasny parking, jednak jestem w stanie zrozumieć, że jest to w pełni uzależnione od dostępnej przestrzeni.
Niestety, w mojej opinii, pomimo ogromnego potencjału hotel nie wykorzystuje swoich możliwości.
Według mnie obiekt 5*, to coś więcej niż spełnienie wymagań technicznych zapewniających taką ocenę. To panującą w nim atmosfera, podejście do gościa, dbałość o każdy szczegół.
Obiekt oferuje śniadania w cenie 89 zł/os. , cena choć wysoka mogłaby być w pełni uzasadniona. Z przykrością stwierdzam jednak, że za tę cenę moglibyśmy zjeść lepiej na mieście. Śniadania można byłoby uznać za ok, jednak czy to powinno być wystarczające dla hotelu 5* i restauracji z odznaczeniem Gault Millau - wydaje mi się, że nie, a śniadania powinny być swego rodzaju zachętą do skorzystania z oferty hotelowej, co niestety nie nastąpiło w naszym przypadku.
Jajka na twardo serwowane na bufecie były zimne (w temperaturze lodówkowej), duży minus, ale potrafiłabym to sobie wytłumaczyć, gdyby nie fakt, że jajka na twardo w śniadaniu zamawianym na życzenie również były zimne, a nie przygotowane na świeżo (co jest bardzo zaskakujące biorąc pod uwagę czas oczekiwania na danie, w którym jedyne elementy wymagające oczekiwania to tostowany chleb oraz wspomniane jajka na twardo). W sobotę po wejściu do sali, w której serwowane są śniadania zauważyliśmy informację na stolikach o dostępności śniadań na życzenie - opcja dostępna w dobrych hotelach, bardzo ciekawe propozycje dań. Niestety nikt nie zapytał nas, czy chcemy skorzystać i zamówić coś spoza bufetu. Sami zapytaliśmy obsługę, która przyjęła zamówienie i tu nastąpiło bardzo długie oczekiwanie.
Różnorodność dań również na minus, brakowało mi lokalnych specjałów, dań z zaskoczeniem (deser w słoiczku naprawdę może być zaskakujący, ale trzeba byłoby dodać coś oprócz jogurtu, chia i czekoladowej posypki). W niedzielę 2 z 3 ciast były powtórką z soboty, ok rozumiem niemarnowanie jedzenia i całkowicie popieram, jednak w hotelu 5* można byłoby się spodziewać lepszego zaplanowania ilości jedzenia, tak aby codziennie móc zaskoczyć gości czymś wyjątkowym.

Snídaně byla chutná a pestrá. Personál velmi ochotný. Místní produkty velmi dobré.
Hluk z ulice, houkání policie a sanitek v noci. Nepříjemně ostrý a nedostatečně označeny příjezd k hotelu z hlavní ulice. Poprvé jsem ho s autem minul a musel jsem se dlouhým okruhem vracet.
