Cons:

Objednal jsem ubytování na dva dny s SPA službami. V den odjezdu mi bylo zděleno, že SPA budou následující den zavřené.
Po zrušení rezervace mi bylo vráceno 50% ceny.
Takové chování mi nepřijde profesionální

Pros:

Sehr ruhig, etwas außerhalb aber super Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Gutes und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet mit eine guten Auswahl. Sehr komfortabel und ruhig, mit gemütlichem SPA Bereich.

Cons:

Das einzige was uns ausgefallen ist, ist dass die Fenster im Zimmer nicht anzukippen waren. Der Rest war ausgezeichnet.

Ogolnie hotel bardzo przyjemny, mila obsługa i ładny wystrój.

Cons:

Ogrzewanie w pokoju nie działało, w pokoju było bardzo zimno po zgłoszeniu w recepcji powiedziano mi że nic się nie da z tym zrobić i że zimą w nowym skrzydle jest zawsze zimno. Po kolejnym zgłoszeniu już po północy zaproponowano mi zmianę pokoju. Śniadanie część produktów nie byla świeża .

10 minut od centrum, dobry dojazd, bezpieczny parking, miejsce przytulne i butikowe

Restauracja duże zaskoczenie, świetne carpaccio i doskonale risotto....

Minus...aperolek w barze rzadki...jak woda...

Pokój zrobił duże wrażenie, taras w pokoju również...

Pros:

Hotel rewelacja pod każdym względem. Czy to część zabytkowa czy nowa. Obsługa „restauracyjna” na wysokim poziomie. Było by 9 gwiazdek ale za zaistniałą sytuacje przez niekompetentną obsługę na recepcji naciągana „4”.

Kolejna wizyta w tym hotelu i kolejna niemiła sytuacja z niekompetentną obsługą recepcji. Pobierany jest depozyt o którym zwyczajnie Pani na recepcji zapomniała. Pomimo upominania się dwukrotnie kobieta jakby po prostu była w innym świecie i nie wiedziała co się do niej mówi. W momencie kiedy depozyt został w końcu zwrócony to wydaje mi się, że przed powinien być sprawdzony pokój w którym zostały moje rzeczy osobiste między innymi telefon służbowy.
Haniebne zachowanie jak na 5 gwiazdek, że nikt nie poinformował mnie jeszcze o znalezieniu tego jak się okazało 10 min po moim wymeldowaniu, że telefon został w hotelu abym mogła po niego wrócić. Dopiero późnym wieczorem kiedy byłam już w domu zobaczyłam, że nie mam telefonu dzwoniąc na obsługę zapytałam się czy został znaleziony tak i że ze względu na incydent z innym gościem po prostu „zapomnieli powiadomić”. Jak hotel prezentujący sobą taki poziom i wszędzie z oznaczeniami wyróżnień w roku 2026 dopuszcza do takich sytuacji? Co wizyta jest ten sam problem z młodymi osobami na recepcji. Czy ktoś zarządzający obiektem wgl o tym wie ?

Pros:

Hervorragendes Frühstück und Abendessen.

Cons:

Die zu laute Musik vom Endlosband im Restaurant und während des Frühstücks.
Das Deluxe- Zimmer war sehr dunkel aufgrund des dunklen Mobiliars und der dunklen Tapeten. Das Licht gab auch nur eine sparsame Beleuchtung.
