Il Residence è adatto a famiglie e coppie
Pros:

Struttura situata in buona posizione tranquilla di Cannes alle spalle del Carlton e mini appartamenti sono dotati di cucina e frigorifero
Sono molto puliti moderni ed è piacevole soggiornare
Sono cliente di molti anni, prenoto spesso al Resideal. Mi trovo molto bene

Cons:

quando suono il campanello per aprirmi il cancello principale molto spesso non mi aprono il portone e rimango in attesa per 10 minuti.
il receptionist è molto simpatico, cordiale e socievole e molto disponibile, ma contrariamente alla sua collega che è stata poco disponibile e cordiale.

Weekend de rêve
Pros:

Résidence très agréable, appartement bien équipé, jardin avec de beaux arbres, équipement sauna, jacuzzi.... au top. Très bien placé par rapport au centre de la ville et de la plage.
Personnel aimable et compétent.
J'y ai passé un long weekend très plaisant. A renouveler.

Cons:

Rien sauf devoir rentrer chez moi.

Ottima soluzione in centro a Cannes
Pros:

È una ottima struttura i mini appartamentini sono accoglienti e ben arredati, forse andrebbero sistemati alcuni dettagli, alcuni parti di arredamento andrebbero manutenuti meglio. Ma comunque resta un’ottima esperienza. Ottimo il garage interno anche se con posti limitati.

l'emplacement

sol de la chamj'ai demandé une chambre calme en hauteur dès la réservation, en arrivant on nous a donné une chambre sombre au RDC alors que l'hôtel était quasiment vide..... j'ai demandé a changer insistant sur une chambre calme, il m'a été proposé le 502 en hauteur mais cote a cote avec ascenseur et famille avec enfants en bas âges. Ce qui semble complement étrange avec un hôtel vide nous mettre cote a coté d'une famille avec enfant en basse âges....bre pas propre et de la poussière sur les machines cuisine. de plus AUCUNE airconditonné la première nuit, ce qui m'a été expliqué par la réception : on met l'arçon que a partir de juin.... très grave! finalement le zircon a été mise dès le lendemain, heureseîement.
