Je suis choqué du personnel attitude, non correcte
Pros:

Le réceptionniste était malpoli, j’étais avec mon bébé de un mois et mes deux enfants. Il m’a très mal parlé c’était le soir. Mon bébé pleurait je suis choqué de son comportement, je voulais même porter plainte

Residence, close de the croisette and rue d’antibes.

Cons:

The place wasn't cleaned well at all before our arrival, but on the other hand we need to leave it clean, give back down the towels, bed sheets and garbage. Also not even a small hand soap in there to use at least on arrival.

Emplacement impeccable
Trop de monde pour une si petite piscine donc impossible d’y accéder malheureusement.
Aucune clarté dans la chambre obligation d’allumer les lumières en pleine journée.
Une fois le canapé lit ouvert aucune autre accessibilité revoir l’aménagement total

Cons:

De ne pas pouvoir profiter de la piscine alors que ma réservation était en parti de l’agrément de la piscine

J’ai adoré la literie et la piscine incroyable

Cons:

Je n’ai pas apprécié l’accueil de la directrice qui était plus que hautaine . Je demande à réserver leur parking elle me conseil 4 fois de prendre un autre parking moins cher. Je veux commander mon petit dej et me demande 5 fois si je suis sûr de mois car il y a beaucoup de boulangerie dans les alentours. Le logement n’étais pas très propre. Il y avait des fourmis par vingtaine dans la salle de bain. Pour un 4 étoiles même si ce n’ai pas un hôtel je trouve que tout était un peu limite

Good location, quiet place
Pros:

Great location just behind Carlton hotel, 10 min from the Palais. Quiet and green. I read in some earlier reviews that there is no soap, shower gel, one toilet roll- wasn’t the case for me: basic toiletries were there as in any hotel/appartment. My room was big with a separate bedroom and two balconies, the furniture is basic but comfortable.

Cons:

Very basic breakfast, very strange staff: they don’t seem to care if you live or die.

Pros:

Appartamento molto bello e curato nell'arredo, con un ottimo sfruttamento degli spazi. Pulizia e cortesia dello staff sono sempre un valore aggiunto. Il balconcino è una chicca dell'appartamento. Posizione ottima. Parcheggio disponibile a pagamento.

Great location, but know what to expect
Pros:

Excellent central location in Cannes. Nice, modern room with a great balcony. Good to have on-site parking available, and a gym on the property. Overall a pleasant stay, especially if you’re familiar with the Résideal concept.

Cons:

The room was quite small, smaller than the Résideal in Antibes. Parking is extremely tight and stressful for anything larger than a city car. The gym only opens at 9:30am, which doesn’t work if you want to work out before breakfast. As this is a residence rather than a hotel, you need to bring your own bathroom products and clean yourself, which may not suit everyone.
